Bad idea. This engine was discontinued ages back. Spares will be hard to find. A nine year old car will anyway have maintenance issues. Especially a diesel. Never buy a diesel that is more than 5 years old.

It is a very old diesel (technologically) to begin with. Instead of the base model of the sedan, go for the LS model of the UVA. You will get more features for a wholesome driving experience.
