I am facing occasional low speed braking problem in my i20 sportz 2012 model. This is similar to the much hyped Maruti Swift braking issue. The brakes tends to go hard on low speed with half clutch, the brake pedal does not move even an inch during this issue, which is automatically rectified in 5 seconds. Kindly help.

Seems the master cylinder is loosing pressure. Are you experiencing variable idling rpm? Also, do you feel that the brakes are biting low? As in, braking force is developed only in the lower half of the brake pedal travel?

Yesterday I upgraded my car ICE finally and opted for Blaupunkt Los Angeles 500 from reliance autozone and with that I got 1pair of component speakers from JBL as a offer .So is that a good decision or no regarding the Head Unit.

I would take the Yeti any given day. The Ertiga is a stretched Swift platform while the Duster is on the Logan, XUV is Mahinda’s first monocoque while the Xylo is a body roll champion in this list.

Yeti. Heads, shoulders, backs, legs and feet above the rest.

Dear Experts, Decided to go for a Mid level Sedan instead of buying a premium petrol hatch. My usage is 300-400Km/month. occasionally Drive out for long drives. I'm stuck with Ford Fiesta Ambiente vs Honda City corporate edition vs skoda rapid active vs vw vento Trendline vs Nissan Sunny I liked the looks of New Fiesta and honda City. which of the above cars is the driver's car and which will t -- more --

Skip the Vento, it has no safety features. The City has dual airbags and ABS while the other two miss out on the passenger airbag. The Fiesta is definitely the drivers car with a wide margin above the others. Ford offer better tires, better warranty and it will be easier to get a better discount on a Fiesta which already is cheaper than the City…[Read more]

That should really not be a bother since the upcoming Eco Sport is based on the platform of the new Fiesta. Even if the car is discontinued, spares should not become a problem for years to come. Since resale is highly dynamic, a simple example would be a petrol Swift which is 5 years old that now hardly gets a price, you can safely ignore any…[Read more]

If boot is not the concern then surely you should go for Honda Brio.Or If you can stretch your budget then you can go for Amaze automatic. I10 is also there but I won’t recommend that to you for two reasons firstly is the less FE and secondly it’s a 4 gear automatic.

Hyundai and Maruti use very poor autoboxes, you can skip them without considering. Honda has a very reliable and well proven setup in the Brio as well as the Amaze. VW has a great package in the GT Tsi, but the gearbox has had lots of troubles in China. If I were to choose, it would be between the Brio and the Polo, mostly dependent on the budget…[Read more]

Hi, CNG will be the cheapest fuel option, on a per km basis as well as maintenance costs basis. The down side though is that a tankful will last about 200 kms and you will need to refill every two days. Usually there are crazy lines to fill CNG but if the availability of CNG where you intend to use the vehicle is just like other fuels, then this…[Read more]
