Hi, i am planning to buy a W8 variant of XUV 500. Can you please suggest a good dealer with good service centre because dont want a hassle of A.S.S coming from a Maruti. Are there any good discounts available? Lastly, should i wait for the new XUV 500 with reduced ground clearance, when is it coming and what might be the price difference? Sorry for so many questions.

Delhi-Jaipur is an absolute mess. Hit the Jaipur by-pass, and its a great drive from then on. Leave by 5 30, so as to avoid the morning rush at Manesar. Jaipur by-pass entry is an unmarked slip road on the left, about 20km after the Shahpura toll plaza. Thats where all the trucks head, you its not easy to miss. Yeah….Tata Safari Storme VX 4X4….Its Spacious, powerfull, Big & Handsome….Road presence is very good..Comparing to XUV its have very less features, but Ride quality is very good.& also good Offroader

13.5L-16.5L, depending on the model. I will suggest the Safari Storme over the XUV. More space, better ride quality, better brakes, better interiors, most comfortable and better resale value. And, then, its a proper 4×4 with a low ratio gearbox and limited slip differential. That’s serious hardware. Also, local mechanics are always willing to…[Read more]

Hi Danesh, not an expert; but i will like to suggest to look for Hyundai Santro as it falls on same price bracket as of Estilo, Alto 800 and Eon; and believe me u will not repent. Its very solidly built car with best available sitting space and boot space as well and its tried and trusted product.

For usage less than 600 kms a month, petrol should be your choice. Total cost of ownership for a diesel vehicle will be much higher as it will be more expensive to buy, higher insurance, higher service costs & relatively much less savings on fuel expenses. There are many petrol sedans in 9 lakhs ex showroom budget, but less options if your budget…[Read more]

petrol..go for petrol as your running is less. do the math of price of vehicles , whether the investment is worth. etc. if you opt for petrol there are a lot of options to choos from.

I bought Swift DZire VXI on Sept'2011. At that time i thought that it will not be used as daily purpose. Now i travel in city ride about 55 kms per day. So,its getting difficult to cope up with the increasing of price of petrol. So,I am thinking to fit A CNG KIT. Now, my concern is that, 1.will it be really helpful? 2.How much power loss i have to consider? 3.What is the point i should keep in mi -- more --

You can go to the auth. dealer & ask for fitment of cng.
It canbe expensive to instaled from auth.dealer but your exisiting car warranty will exist from the dealer side otherwise it will get void if you installed from side since you still warranty on ypur car for 1 1/2 year.

          Diesel or Petrol ???

Diesel – Consider FIAT Linea multijet / Skoda Rapid
          Petrol – Honda City i-VTEC / FIAT Linea T-Jet

Fiat linea n honda city.. its always better to test drive and find the on road price for your city n then decide. I personally would go for the linea. Also consider ecosport if possible.

Amaze for its reliable engine & (compact) sedan looks, rest its cost cutting to a new level that was not expected out of Honda. i20 has a relatively weaker petrol engine but that should not a deal breaker for an average buyer. It is a large hatch & Asta trim is loaded to the brim with features. I would take i20 over Amaze without second thoughts…[Read more]
