You will not need a extra relay as you already have one installed but dedicated wiring will be needed. A ceramic holder is a good idea for safety’s sake though I have been running that wattage on the stock holders for a couple of years now. You get this wattage in Osram. Keep away from HIDs if you do not want any cop trouble.

It will cost around 100 to 150 Rupees per wiper arm (frame + rubber) and it is advisable to change it before every monsoon. You can do it yourself (Refer: http://www.cartoq.com/how-to-change-your-wiper-blades/ ) or get it done from any aftermarket shop nearby. It is just a 2-minute job.

You can get Michelin XM2 in 185 width (standard width of tyre for alloy wheel version). Bridgestone Turanza is also a good option.
