i think the best way is to keep the Face of the AC vents which are located in the dashboard besides the music system in the middle..so that the rear seat passengers can feel the coolness of the AC
That’s a problem these days with the high temperature. The centre vents as Shenoy says should face straight – and slightly upward so the air reaches the rear passengers. Keep the fan speed high, at 3 or 4. Initially, open the rear windows slightly so that warm air escapes faster, as cool air from the AC reaches the rear. Hot air rises, so opening…[Read more]
SUVs also suffer from turbo lag below a certain RPM. The Safari for instance has turbo lag below 1800 rpm, while the Scorpio mhawk / XUV500 have it below 1500 rpm. Innova has hardly any lag though.
Large engined SUVs do not have any turbo lag.
Not sure why you find them that way. Could it be because of lower vacuum being generated at low rpm, and the booster not working as efficiently? Will wait for others to chip in.
The max upgrade you can go for with the current rim size is 185/60 R14. Otherwise you need to shift to 15-inch rims and you can fit 175/60 R15 on it. But that’s an expensive idea. Better to swap 185/60 on 14-inch rims only. 45000 km is not really a bad life. Most cars with smaller tyres only get to that mileage maximum.

OOps my apologies. Must have read about it elsewhere.

thank you sir
i completely agree with @Shreyans sir

It’s possible that because you were on a steep incline, and trying to pick up from standstill, you may have been using half-clutch excessively (keeping your foot on the…[Read more]
It can be done, but it’s an expensive conversion. The climate control panel unit alone costs about Rs. 20,000 for some premium hatches, and then there are the associated sensors and motors.
