If you love the Linea T-Jet, there’s no better time to pick up one than now. Fiat India has announced a whopping Rs. 2.36 lakh benefits offer on the fully loaded Fiat Linea T-Jet models which now start at Rs. 8.82 lakh. The offer is valid across India till July 2012 and till stock lasts.
However, there’s a catch. The T-Jet models would be 2011 manufactured models and hence, this is more of a ‘stock clearance’ deal. However, if you are planning to buy a Linea T-Jet, this is the best time. The Rs. 2.36 lakh benefits consists of Rs. 1 lakh exchange bonus, Rs. 1 lakh gift cheque and Rs. 36,000 worth of free first-year insurance and road side assistance.
With this offer, you can get a Linea T-Jet at the price of a Maruti Dzire ZXi! Now that is a tempting offer indeed. This offer makes the T-Jet is cheaper than all the cars in its segment, including the regular Linea and Honda City.
Fiat launched the Linea with a turbocharged petrol engine in October 2010. T-Jet stands for Timed Sequential Electronic Multi-Point Fuel Injection or simply put, Turbo Jet. The T-Jet puts out 112.4 Bhp (114 PS) of power and 207 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and returns an ARAI-certified mileage of 14.6 Kmpl.
The Linea T-Jet feels powerful and offers great steering response at all speeds making it confidence-inspiring for spirited driving. Suspension setup is just optimal for both ride quality and great handling. Also read: Fiat Linea T-Jet road test
The Linea T-Jet comes with safety features such as ABS with EBD, dual stage front driver & passenger airbag and front & rear disc brakes. Comfort & convenient features of the T-jet includes follow me headlamps, rear AC vents, remote keyless entry, driver seat height adjust, automatic climate control, steering mounted audio controls, front fog lamps and integrated audio system with Bluetooth.
The Linea T-Jet also gets 16” alloy wheels, chrome door handles, chrome body side molding, chrome exhaust tip and silver painted radiator grille that enhances the visual appeal.
Though the massive Rs. 2.36 lakh discount (including an exchange bonus on your old car) seems a great deal, given the low demand for petrol sedans, it is yet to be seen whether this deal can really draw the attention of potential buyers towards the Linea T-Jet – and help clear stocks.
