The Mahindra Ssangyong Rexton could easily pass off for an SUV costing twice as much. It’s well built, it’s luxurious and it has enough features to pamper you. What it doesn’t have is a big brand name yet – although Ssangyong is fairly well known in other lands. In India, it’s the Mahindra badge on the vehicle that is giving it the shove it needs.

We got to live with and experience a Mahindra Ssangyong Rexton RX7 All-wheel-drive automatic for a few days. This vehicle is priced at Rs. 20.2 lakh ex-showroom Delhi, making it cheaper than the Toyota Fortuner and more value for money compared to the Ford Endeavour as it has more features. We must say that those looking for a comfortable SUV to cruise along in comfort and arrive in style should definitely put this one on their shopping list.  Also read: Mahindra Ssangyong Rexton road test and review: Laidback, luxurious SUV
