Fiat India launched the Punto Sport limited edition priced at Rs. 7.36 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
Alongside the launch of the Punto Sport limited edition, the company has also inaugurated the second Fiat Caffe in the country in Pune, while the first was inaugurated in Delhi couple of months ago.

What’s new?
The Punto Sport is based on the Punto 90 HP variant and is powered by a 1.3-litre 91.7 Bhp motor, making it the most powerful diesel hatchback available in the market. The Punto 90HP also gets chrome exhaust tips, chrome exterior door handles, sport decals, sporty metallic pedals, premium red stitching on the seats, the word ‘Punto’ embossed on door sill and sport decals on the ORVMs. The limited edition Punto Sport comes only in three colors: namely, bossa nova white, exotica red and hip hop black.

Performance
The Punto 90HP variant is powered by a 1.3-litre Multijet diesel motor that puts out 91.7 Bhp (93 PS) of power and 209 Nm of torque unlike the regular Punto diesel which is powered by a 1.3-litre Multijet diesel motor that puts out 74.9 Bhp (76 PS) of power and 197 Nm of torque.
The Punto 90HP should offer better acceleration and top-end performance than the regular Punto. The claimed mileage of Punto 90 HP is 20.5 Kmpl which is slightly better than the claimed mileage of regular Punto (20.3 Kmpl). Also read: Fiat Punto 90 HP Sports launch on May 18!

The Punto Sport is offered only in the top-end ‘Emotion’ variant that is loaded with comfort features such as Bluetooth (Blue&Me), follow me home headlamps, multi info display, automatic AC, steering mounted audio controls, power windows with delay & auto down function, electrically adjustable ORVMs and driver seat height adjust. Here is my choice for the hottest diesel cars under 8L - Punto 90 HP, Swift ZDi, i20 Asta CRDi, Swift DZire ZDi and Beat TDCi (i have not included Figo, Ritz and Vista due to not so hot interior / exterior looks for my personal choice, and Polo TDi due to small engine, which would come second for me otherwise - right after Punto!)
However, your list also makes sense because I think the way you have classified is as per sub-segments like - most fun to drive, most fuel efficient, entry level sedan, most premium, etc.
