I think Renault Scala will e better when it comes to interior space, boot area, overall comfort and features..
It is a complete sedan and has good looks too.
Honda Amaze is known for better A.S.S and reliability..u will get more mileage too..

Kindly take a look at the Fiesta AT, it offers 2.4L kms or 10 years warranty. The autobox is sealed and maintenance free. Also the car is dynamically very good. Since you have no issues with resale, this is one good car you should check out. As mentioned by Sandeep, the City is also an extremely proven AT. I would recommend you these two cars. Regards.
