Secondly I’d prefer a Hyundai i20 mainly because of it’s looks and interior plastic quality which is excellent, saying that would add that looks are subjective. I have been a Tata customer for last 10 years. There is huge issue on their spare parts and the car quality. The maintenance is far higher and reliability is poor, no mention of customer service which is pathetic. It is basically a taxi segment and they treat it same.
