        Better don’t buy any vehicle as in india fuel prices r going to hike also cng/lpg prices r going to rise…..coem back to cycles or else start walking whenever and wherever possible both r good 4 health no need og gyn and no pollution, no maintanence, no toll charges, no parking charges……..save money…..

        What’s congress doing… petrol pries are already sky rocketing… and i’ve heard its mulling to ramp up the excise duties on diesel cars… i guess they want us to be back on horse and bullock carts… i’ll be the first to drive a horse cart on the new F1 track

        I just think Eon is overall winner…But, Hyundai really have to work hard to improve on no. of service centers in India. Maruti got clear upper hand in after-sale service.

        I have driven both the cars Alto LXI 2010 and Eon Era 2011. I feel driving Eon is much better compared to Alto, also the average that I get in Eon is little high than Alto.Driving comfort rated 4, looks 5, average 4.5 as compared to ALTO LXI.

        Yes its the Engine from Sonalika(you got it right from the tractor company).But Rhino did well only for its engine performance,so Tavera will bang again in the CAB market

        Guys, but you’d get 2 Taveras for the price of one of th two you are speaking about. Give that a thought too. Not every one would afford an Innova or an XUV 5oo.

        No doubt verito is fully packed with features but Mahindra can never compete with other cars as verito got the most ugly looks as compared to other sedans coming with same price tag.

        Mahindra should change it’s design…. If we look at in 7 lakh segment…we have much better sedan Manza , Etios , fiesta classic , Dzire & new sunny… :) …. But if we look in SUV segments…Mahindra is going to rock after launching XUV 500… so they should leave it old design of logon by renault.

        Instead Mahindra can concentrate in making it an attractive cabby car..the Indicab took the hatchback market by storm..maybe this car can rule the sedan cab segment. Few takers would be willing to buy this car for their personal use how much ever branding Mahindra puts in!

    What we can expect from the Mahindra XUV500 launch on September 30

    Mahindra will launch the XUV 500 on September 30th in New Delhi. A Mahindra spokesperson also told CarToq that the company will first unveil the vehicle on September 28th and 29th at the factory and in Pune respectively

        I agree with you. Pricing will play a very imp role in the success of this SUV. Anything over a certain limit and it will instantly go into fortuner territory. So M&M will be smart if it can hold the price down to the 11-14 lac range. Tata Aria and Suzuki Kizashi both suffered because of this reason.         @[578169770:2048:Rahul Neel Mani] I believe in Maruti. But their marketing always kicks in late. Wagon R, Baleno..both suffered because of this. Wagon R succeeded much later due to a relaunch. Baleno was such a smart car, but never really realised its full potential..

        The front end looks like ritz,front door and A-Pillar like Xylo and the rear C-pillar like Innova.Rear end almost resembles Like the Vitara.Anyway if its priced near Innova, its sales would raise up just because its a Maruti which means better service centers and low maintenance

        I’m not sure if it will be able to take on Innova or the Xylo but what I feel is that its the ugliest Maruti Vehicle and selling in great numbers just because of Maruti’s image is not possible in every segment like Kizashi and Grand Vitara.Though still I feel it could sell in respectable numbers like the A-Star..

        Front is from Ritz which is Maruti Suzuki’s own product and back is from SX4 hatchback and not jazz as sx4 hatchback was in market before jazz, now tell me who is chor???and agar look khud hi ke product se copy karna chori then i must say that BMW and Audi(now VW ,MB ,TATA, etc too) must be biggest faliure and chor according to you……aur…[Read more]

        one more rubish compare. I just dont understand how to compare 1.2lit engine of R3 MPV with Innova and Xylo’s 2.5 lit engine. The size of the car is also samller than the two. I would say it is a wrong compare. Please dont do the wrong comparison this car can achieve success in market i m sure.. launche the car as a new type or new segment.. ;-)
