`@ Saai : I would suggest you to wait for around 6 months, that way whatever minor glitches it has would come by the existing owners. Secondly, in the coming batches, the company would obviously fix the those glitches which people may have been complaining about till then.

Feature for feature, the Hyundai i20 offers more, but there’s no arguing with the style and handling of the Punto. Overall, though the Hyundai i20 diesel may probably give you a bit more bang for your buck.
Punto is a sensible buy if you don’t care about its A.S.S.
Punto 90 is cheaper, better to drive, has some unique features and is inexpensive to maintain but Service quality depends on the dealer.. I20 offers more features and has better service coverage.
the nly cars which look cooler than punto are the masserati and aston. Punto has unmatched styling and superior sporty handling. Though i20 offers more space and a wider and reliable service network. If u dnt plan a resale for ur car after sum years then go buy a punto

Some rumors that they will hike the prices of XUV
?Vishwas Bharadwaj is right. XUV500 prices were invitational, so they should go up sometime. Also, in this budget the govt will try to increase its revenue from diesel cars, so expect all diesel vehicle prices to go up. They cant increase diesel prices, so they will increase diesel car prices.

You can expect mileage around 12 – 15 kmpl (thats same for most of the cars in its segment).

My alto LXI(800) is giving 15kmpl in city with 50% A/C and >20 in highways,so alto K10 has a best engine than The normal one and peppier too,It all depends on the driving style

WagonR is a very safe car to buy as a gift. It is extremely value for money, and sales went up in September. In your budget it is a good car. I personally like the Beat’s design, but not sure about its actual mileage.
