Honda Amaze Diesel!!
honda amaze all the eay
Honda Amaze is noiser than Dzire.. Just take a test drive and then decide.
Honda azame is also good but the interiors arent good if u dnt mind that then amaze is a good buy otherwise dezire n dezire has overtaken d swift n alto in sales..
figo petrol underpowered, but with catchy interiors ,,,, sail uva is winner here ,,,,
No no , definitely no to Petrol Figo, Go for Sail UVA and you can also try out Ritz Vxi.
Ford figo…. Low ground clearance and low mileage too…
The first choice has to be the Honda Brio, unless of course boot space is a major priority.
If u want car for four Brio will suit u the best
you should go for sail UVA its very good car than figo
chose maruti for petrol engines..chose Figo for diesel…Sail is no no in any case.
Same thought was mine also. Thats the reason why I sold my petrol car and bought Beat Diesel. Although my monthly running was not much. This is a fact that if Petrol price is hiked , Used petrol car valuation will go downwards.
Hi Dhiraj, what’s your monthly running like? If it’s under 900-1000 km a month, I think you are better off keeping your petrol K10. The investment you will have to put in for a new diesel car would be at least Rs. 2.5 lakh more (assuming you sell your K10 for Rs. 3 lakh), and the time it will take you to realize savings from the diesel car would…[Read more]
I don’t think if Alto owner have to worry have to worry about that, as the car is still the best seller in the country. I mean you can easily go on with this for next few years at least (2-3 years).
I run now about 800km but can use for 1200km if cost goes down. Bought my car with accesories etc about 4,10,000/- But if I sell I would get 3,00,000/- So I have to invest another 2.5 lakh correct. CNG can be a good option? Thanks
Petrol is getting hiked by Rs5 soon. Its better to get a lpg kit then to opt for a diesel
I am thinking of CNG with sequential kit. But how to change the all spark plugs. Also need to take care about the suspension of back.
The Hyundai Eon and Spark both make sense for you, the Alto K10 isn’t very spacious and since your car will be used only for short drives and not for daily commutes you don’t need car that is fun to drive. From what I understood from your question, I think the Hyundai Eon will fit your bill perfectly. Test drive the Spark and the Eon, although my…[Read more]
but review i am reading or listening from friends that is alto k10 is car on which we trust .its resale value is better and good in average … and spark for its performance.. and 3 year free service that is free.. and eon is 800cc car and less rear space in it… so what can i do.. if my budget is 3.5 lac and if i update it to 4 lac.. so what car…[Read more]
I think Spark is better as the engine is powerful, refined and good for city purposes but Eon on the other hand has nice interiors and good feature list.
@kirty Kumar The Alto is the most trust worthy no doubt but it is by no means a good family car. It lacks rear seat space, the Eon and the Spark are more spacious than the K10. The Spark with Chevrolet’s maintenance scheme may be practical for you, although I personally would feel safer buying the Eon. It is a Hyundai, which means you get the…[Read more]
If you have a budget of Rs. 4 lakh instead of buying Eon and Alto go for Hyundai Santro. Good Front and Rear space good boot space.
thanx for your suggestions…:)
Yes I agree with Amit
If you are looking for a no nonsense car and don’t care about the design and lack of features then the Hyundai Santro is a great car. I have had the pleasure of owning a Santro and it stood by me through thick and thin. It may not have features and fancy gizmos but it does have good all round visibility, ease of driving,…[Read more]
sorry @rishabhpnair..but i dont like santro..
… spark and eon is the best option to choose.. ok ???
Yes
If you do not like the Santro then the Eon and Spark are good options too!
so… which one is better overall.. out of EON and SPARK.. ??
Look Kirty.. If You are new at Driving then Eon is Ok, else you will feel under power if Ac is on and More than 2 person inside. Spark is more powerful than eon. If you are driving mostly on highways and more than 2 people than choose Spark or else Eon is the Car for You.
ok…thanx amit…
I have got an AltoK10. Though it is a small car, the engine is peppy and has a good economy. Maintenance cost for the spark costs you 40 paise per KM whereas the Alto is 30 paise. Also look at the sales figures as well.
I am saying this as an owner of a black Scorpio. A black car + black interiors means your AC is in for a tough time. The interiors become a furnace when the car is parked under the summer sun for a couple of hours. Plus, the shine of the paint job is maintained only by regular polishing. No arguing the fact that the car will look awesome,…[Read more]
Well maintained black cars look very nice, but every scratch and dust and dirt show up easily too. You have to maintain it well. That said, I havent seen a Swift in black yet.
I’ve seen black Swifts. I don’t think Black suits small cars like the Swift. Black looks good on larger cars. Black tends to hide lines and design cues and is good at disguising mass. Pick a brighter color for the Swift. Black needs frequent polishing to maintain the gloss.
Of course, black will look good on the Swift, if you plan to accessorize it a bit like Shreyans said above ^^ .
East or west… white color is d best…. any car would look elegant in white….. n even if d car is dirty…. no one would notice it
Black Colour Cars Specially Small Cars are always risky in night driving.
Try the blue too, Black need maintenance, looks great when cared.
white… is d best… trust me buddy..
Abhishek, color is a personal preference. We each have our favorites. What I like may not necessarily be what you like. Go with what your heart tells you
@ Mr.Roshun : thanks alot.
4.5 lakhs…I will go for Ritz…since it’s very good car..but looks are very very different…and if you are into a little crampy space then go for I10…it’s good..really….
Have you decided whether to go for petrol or diesel. How much kms will you drive in a month?
ritz is the best all rounder you can buy in the petrol segment. other cars according to my preference are – 1) Brio – great engine. decent space. very good to drive. not common. but small boot and different looks. 2) i10 – (i would suggest 1.1 magna)good space but small boot. decent engine. comfortable. but feels smightly unstable at high speeds.…[Read more]
Agree with Anupam’s choices above ^^
In my Town There are the Showrooms and Service centres of Tata, Maruti and Chevrolet only. My Monthly running will be around 1000 km. How will be Beat Diesel? Is there and issue of Low ground Clearance in Beat as I see it little bit down from front.
In my Town There are the Showrooms and Service centres of Tata, Maruti and Chevrolet only. My Monthly running will be around 1000 km. How will be Beat Diesel? Is there and issue of Low ground Clearance in Beat as I see it little bit down from front.
No, the Beat diesel doesn’t have any issue of ground clearance. Beat diesel is the most fuel efficient diesel ou can get. It would cost you about Rs. 5 lakh odd on road. It does not have much boot space (only 170 litres), but is otherwise a pretty good, value-for-money car.
So Should I move ahead for Beat Diesel or any other option??
If you think you will be driving around 1000 km a month, then Beat diesel makes sense. The savings you get from it are really good. Don’t expect boot space, don’t expect great rear-seat space. Rest is all good. 18-19 kmpl in the city and 23-24 kmpl on open roads, now that’s good.
I will be always on driving Seat. My Movement will be mainly in the city so boot space is not an issue for me. I am looking forward for Beat Diesel.
Go ahead with it Amit. Beat diesel is a good choice. And do take the maintenance package GM offers with it for 3 years of free maintenance.
Do keep us posted when you book and get the car. It will be great to hear from you. All the best.
Taken Delivery of Beat Diesel from Hare Krishna Motors, Purnia Bihar yesterday. Its Sandif Grey Colour.
Congratulations Amit. Enjoy the car. Take good care of it in the first 2000 km and it will last you a long time. Hope you’ve taken GM’s maintenance package also, as that would cover all costs on the car for 3 years.
Any Suggestion for 2Din music system for car. What is the size of alloy wheel for Chevrolet Beat Diesel?
The Beat uses 14-inch alloys. Go for any popular brand – Aura, Neo, HR, Platti – all make good alloys. As for the 2Din system, you have a vast choice out there. What’s your budget? You could go from as low as Rs. 6000 to as much as Rs. 25,000 for music systems – the top end ones include DVD, Bluetooth etc. JVC, Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony – are all…[Read more]
Fitted Sony Head Unit with front 4″ speakers. I am looking for JBL speakers for rear fitting. What size of speakers will fit in rear space provided by the company? I dont want to fit the speakers in rear parcell Tray.
The rear speaker slot can also take only 4-inch speakers. JBL has a range of 2-way and I think 3-way 4-inch speakers. You can try them out. Yes, it’s wise not to fit speakers in the parcel tray if you intend to carry luggage, as it can damage your speakers.
I have taken the Car for a Long Drive of around 700 km in 3 days. It Delivers a mileage of 20 kmpl with complete Ac on.
Are you looking for the diesel version or the petrol one?For diesel:Beat tops in mileage.Next comes ritz, indica ev2then swift vista figoi20 afterwards.
If economy is a major concern then, buy Beat diesel.Reliable engine, stylish car and best Efficiency.
Vishwas… Indica eV2 is just a bit more than beat diesel.ARAI claimed efficiency of-Beat- 24kmplIndica eV2- 25kmpl
looking for petrol varient….?plz suggest…
Petrol Variant? Fuel efficient? then you can buy K-series Engine fitted car which includes A-star,Alto K10,Wagon R,Estilo and the engine is very reliable combining both power and mileage,so if you still want better FE,Alto-K10 or A-star is good cars and fun to drive with peppier engine
m looking forward for chevrolet beat… how is it?
Beat is good for performance and looks well the current maintenance offer makes the deal sweeter
pankaj DONT GO 4R PETROL BEAT as my frd owns one its gives an avg fe of jus 9 -10kms only in city better to go 4r cars equipped wid either k-series engines as vishwas said or u may also check kappa eng cars like da i10,20 …as i personally own altok10 it gives me 14 kms in city n 18 on highway …
Go for the Honda brio if u want a petrol… The bookings are open and it ll b launched in a week..
the most fuel efficent petrol Cars are Alto k10, A-Star and Hundai Eon.Apart from that I own a maruti 800 AC (5speed) which gives a milage of 26kmpl on highway.
a-star is good in milage city 19kmpl in highway 22
