        Both cars have the same engine. If only you are going to be driving or at the most you’ll have only two people and for city use, the A-Star is a good car. Wagon R on the other hand has more space and headroom – especially luggage space.

        get a white A-Star. put nice black alloy wheels on it. get black vinyl on the whole roof. paint the front brake calliper-covers red and put couple of grey-red racing stickers on it….. that will look sexy ;) thats atleast what i would do!

        The Wagon R is too common and too uninspiring. The A Star is more interesting as a small hatch however if you need space the Wagon R delivers better.

        A-Star, definitely! wagonR is all about value, not looks. A-Star has European looks which India is slowly getting used to, but its definitely more modern

        If you can live with the tight space and tiny boot, go for the A Star as its an absolute hoot to drive. It has a decent automatic option as well which does not cost a bomb, making it just about the perfect car for city use.         If you are looking for space then Wagon R, A-Star is too cramped. If you want driving pleasure then A-Star.
