some of the dealers have started the pre booking….and the ford ecosport is finally gonna be launch after the budget session of the parliament….what i think is that the bookings will officially start soon after the budget gets passed and after the company finally fixes it’s price.
Dealers in Delhi are taking bookings. http://www.cartoq.com/ford-ecosport-bookings-being-taken-by-some-dealers/ I keep getting calls about it. Official launch was supposed to be end February, but Ford is so far staying quiet about it. Deliveries will begin in April.
Pre bookings for the EcoSport have started. The plan is to actually launch the car by April-May and make it available for customers soon.
MR. Ashwin still there is no news from the Ford officials about the the launching of eco sport . so its 2 early to comment on, when the car will be available into the market or not. just wait for the company to launch.
@shreyans jain should be able to point you to a good CNG installer in Delhi.
Sachdeva in Okhla is the importer for BRC. Sambhav Corportaion in Okhla Ph-1 is Honda approved for installing kits in the City CNG. The official improter of Lovato kits is on Liberty Road. Opt for a sequential kit from BRC, Tommaseto, Lovato or Landi Renzo.
continental car scanning centre, wazirpur indl area, delhi this is the place where you can get the desired good quality cng kit for your suv..
i went a Hyundai showroom (Himgiri Hyundai) and asked about CNG kit for i20..
The Person there said that I20 is not compatible with CNG and hyundai hasn’t approved the car for CNG
thereby there is no CNG kit available for I20 from Hyundai
CAN ANYONE TELL ME MORE ABOUT THIS
What was implied is that your car will loose warranty, which is but obvious. There are scores of i20s running on gas, and even more i10s. Install a good sequential kit, your car will run fine.
i think its a good buy..if its properly maintained!!!
i think plz add one more lacks and buy new maruti lxi swift car with vvt tech 18 to 19 km
yes..it’s a good offer for you if you drive less daily..
Honda City CNG is the best vehicle that will serve you in long run. However, if you dont want to spend too much on City’s daily running cost and preferring a diesel car than go for Rapid elegance diesel, its a great car and you will love its ride. If you want lots of legroom and boot space than you can also consider Sunny.
Agree with @Chandan Modi….you should go for diesel sedan as your daily running is 95kms..
you should have a look at Skoda Rapid Elegance…for a comfortable ride for u and your family…and if u want more legroom and a big boot..sunny or scala will be good.. but i would prefer you to buy AT sedan as it will be convenient for you to drive and its…[Read more]
go for maruti swift dzire i have on experiences its fantastic fun to drive and best resale value.
go for maruti swift dzire i have on experiences its fantastic fun to drive and best resale value.
you should take the Swift Dzire. Its sole advantage over CNG is that one full tank will make it through the whole week! CNG stations have long waiting times, and waiting in that line everyday wont be a good idea!
Honda City CNG is your best bet. Its going to be a slightly costly buy but you’l get a thoroughly modern car which is superior to all other options, all backed by the excellent Honda support.
I would also vote strongly for the Honda City CNG. 95 kms a day will need a refill every 2 days but will save quite a lot of money over the long run, especially when the diesel prices may not hold the subsidy for long. Per km fuel costs as well as annual maintenance costs for a CNG vehicle are lower than a diesel vehicle. Regards.
vw vento will fill the good…for good riding quality + family joy ride it fulfills everything…..you have to slightly just compromise on the mileage part and maintainance…
For 95 Km / Day. Better Creature comforts in Honda City CNG or VW Vento Diesel / Skoda Rapid. Would not prefer smaller cars for this kind of usage. If you can put up with the Filling time for CNG, CNG is a better option. Also Cheaper and Greener.
If you wish to spend a little more, Do Look at the Corolla Altis, Also a Very good option, Available in both CNG and DIesel. Far more comfortable. I am very happy with my D4D G.
refilling CNG becomes a task but if you are fine City CNG is good. for fuel efficiency in diesel you can also look at Linea..it gives me 700 kms to a tankful in city driving
Thanks @Rohit, Sorry I missed the Linea, Good Car too.
think Honda City CNG for first and last option!
The XUV500 is a car that’s loaded with features and sure, the looks are debatable, but for that price, the amount of features it offers, it is value for money that way. However, with more features (read electronics) come more niggles, and while Mahindra has been sorting it out, not all has been resolved yet. There are no major snags that will…[Read more]
Kanha the XUV500 is a good car the issues that are being raised are usually with the electricals which is more of a hassle than a deal breaker for most.Take a look at these stories: http://www.cartoq.com/how-serious-are-the-faults-with-the-mahindra-xuv500/
and http://www.cartoq.com/how-serious-are-the-faults-with-the-mahindra-xuv500/
The car with the most no.of illuminations i have seen on a stock car.lights here lights there, they are everywhere.its loaded with features and definetly a better buy.the problems that where critical have been sorted out i think than design flaws.
polo….it has much better interiors and features….you should go for polo…..
That depends on your needs Gurpreet. The Etios is dull and boring on the inside and the engine is rather loud, especially the diesel. Road noise too is evident inside the cabin. The Polo is a hatchback on the other hand and doesn’t have the enormous boot that the etios has or the space that it offers.
Tho for the i20 over the polo, more luxurious for the price. Etios definitely more spacious and comfortable, bigger boot, more mileage, cheaper maintenance, but more NVH and cheaper interiors VFM image than the Polo, though the beige interiors are better.
Etios is very value for money, spacious, economical etc etc. Polo is smaller but classier. But sedan vs hatchback, people generally prefer sedans (especially Toyota sedans!)
Exactly! In India, a sedan is considered more status than a hatchback, even though that the hatchback may be more expensive. It is a mental state. Polo is also actually a VFM hatch in the international scenario, but in India it is a premium one. I feel overpriced, but solid German.
Fabia for its built and powerful engine. or mileage and city driving Beat.
Fabia any day…..
Fabia without a doubt….just to clarify are you asking about Indica or the Indica Vista ? Vista is a good family car
I think Indica vista is overall best. Fabia is better built but after sales maintenance will be higher being skoda, low resale value & more price. Beat is only for 4 people & city use only. Vista is spacious, proven Fiat multijet powerful engine, Tata’s service network etc etc
Don’t go for the Fabia, except only for the image and looks, also costly to maintain compared to others. Vista quadrajet is a good choice. Beat only for city and 4 people, as already stated above, though has the best fuel efficiency, and a 3 year service package also available.
space..comfort..mileage…decent looks….good service network…..i think you should go for indica vista….
Royal Enfield in never a value for money bike, it will never come under that catagory, i own classic 500 you will always have some problems with the bike and if you are ok with that, then go ahead and buy this bike.
Well said!!
Its never been value for money and the waiting periods are too long.
i have classic re 350 for last 1 and half year..awesome bike and you will get decent mileage too..i m getting above 30 and max i got was 38..dont buy 500 cc one as it does not have carburreter and is prone to garage…remember you need to have passion for RE and you need to be in love with it …its not your typical japanese toy bike…also new RE…[Read more]
Royal Enfield’s makes u different from crowd. Dont look at value for money. Look at the Bike, its power & the status it holds.
Sunny, Scala, Fiat Linea are good choices to consider.
but the above cars do not a very vast service network…….i think you also consider ford fiesta classic……..hyundai verna….
Lina, Fiesta, Vento/Rapid are best suited to highway use.
Linea..
Linea will suffer in resale value the most. Sunny, Scala, Vento, Rapid are all solid cars. Sunny or Rapid will be better value. But why not look at the SX4 or the Ertiga from Maruti?
fiat linea is a good choice
Fluidic verna.i guess you will get the SX model.very nice car loaded with features for the price and has all safety gear from the base variant itself like abs ebd driver airbag reverse cam etc.highway mileage is 19+ kms(my friend gets 19.21 on highways and the car is just new at 1200km range in odo) which makes it a sweet choice.but even it has…[Read more]
Yes, how could I have overlooked that Verna. It’s also the larges selling
The average sale is more than all the above mentioned combined, (leave aside the . Large network too, the service and spares though costlier than the Maruti, but should not be excessive. I have travelled with my friend some times, it’s a good comfortable car.
Leave aside the Ertiga
Rapid, Vento & The new Ford Fiesta (Test Drive it)
Space – sunny
Features – Verna
verna….
sunny
Royal Space great millage – Sunny all the way….
MILEAGE,FEATURES,GIZMOS,POWER,LOOKS-FLUIDIC VERNA(VFM)
MILEAGE,SPACE-SUNNY(better to be chauffer driven)
