You’ll have to check with your dealer only. I don’t think Maruti has a online status check like Mahindra
I d recommend the Swift or the the Figo depending on your space requirements. The Liva is too spartan with too many cost cutting measures in it.
I would suggest you to first remove Liva out of ur list..
As it is only good for FE,Rear seat bench for 3 passengers..thats it..apart from this..liva is almost fail in all aspects..
Ford Figo will be the Best buy in ur list..with most features,,better space and comfort..and boot space too…
It has good pricing which makes it a VFM hatch…
Maruti…[Read more]
if u have chosen the Dzire..then go for it!!! it has good GC..and bigger boot than figo…dont worry and enjoy the dzire!!
I would suggest to stick to decision with DZire VDi. Figo is a good car as well but it lacks power than DZire.
The Figo is a good car, its only serious shortcomings are a little less power than the Swift / Dzire and the lack of service support equivalent to the Maruti. But remember that its significantly cheaper.
Oil, oil filter change, and general service cost would add up to Rs. 4,500 for a Figo.
Heights is not a problem but the ground clearence is. You should consider the Fiat Punto as well.
On the contrary, the Figo will be better on the mountains than the Swift / Punto because it has lesser turbo lag (assuming diesels).
Yes it is d same is with d fiesta once i ws carryin full load wen my car went through a bump and after 100 mts it broke dwn I found dat d the engine oil tank broke n. I hd to spend around 30 k dat to outside if I would hv done d same in a ford service centre it would havr costd me around a lac……ground clearance is very annoying….muet say…
The rear of the Figo tends to squat down when fully loaded, and it’s the rear bumper / mud flaps that hit mostly. However, over large speedbreakers, it is best to take it diagonally, as the middle also tends to touch. It’s the same with most premium hatchbacks and mid-size sedans – except for perhaps the SX4 and Punto to some extent (Punto tends…[Read more]
Yes , As Mr Roshun said, this is problems with many cars, but if you drive tactfully there is not any problem. I m driving Figo from more than one yr. but still didnt get any such problem.
Figo is pretty bad with unscientific humps.. may be among the hatch Figo is more severely affected!
Regular maintenance which includes changing of fluids , washing, minor repairing etc would be very much similar for all the cars. The thing which would differ is availability of service centers and cost of parts and in this case Maruti Suzuki is still far ahead of all other car makers in India.
The general perception is that Maruti cars are cheaper to maintain which is also true for the most part. On the other hand it isn’t like Ford cars are expensive to maintain either. The difference between part costs isn’t huge, also the regular service costs vary only by a little, so the Figo diesel is not really a costly car to maintain. If it…[Read more]
Figo diesel is not costly for maintenance second (10,000 km) servicing charge only 1900 Rs.
