Of the three, the Skoda Rapid actually makes the most sense. Variant for variant, it’s slightly cheaper than the Vento, and has decent power – 1.5 litre diesel, 104 bhp of power, compared to the Linea (90 bhp diesel). Of course, if looks are a priority, the Linea is the best looking of the lot.
Heart says Linea but you are better off with Vento or Rapid. Both have expensive spares and Skoda ASS is nothing to write home about. So I would prefer Vento despite it’s slightly higher price.

i think you should go for Linea… as it’s a complete package in this category… plus if A.S.S is also a concern, it may lack against hyundai and Suzuki but at this point of time, it’s fair among these options… 
The main problems with earlier linea were poor ground clearance and air-conditioner. As these are corrected in the 2012 model, its definitely worth considering, taking into account its price, which is roughly Rs.50,000 cheaper than skoda rapid. Hope its service is better too.
