        dude drop your plan to buy it. It totally sucks, buy a tata vista instead or ford figo. Etios and Liva are the most suck ass cars.

        Yes it is crappy straight from Japan,I say even the Etios and its sibling is like a tractor,Ouch Tata Vista is better than this car,Friend what will you get after paying 6 lakhs for diesel version only the standard features,But look at the competition,they are far more better this car.I say The company ppl are just selling a soapbox with wheels.

        go for cruzie and if you may increase ur bugdet slightly u can go for the new jetta.another good choice is the new corrola altis.. best choice in ur bugdet.

        As someone said above, Jetta is a great choice, but it is a bit mroe expensive. If you don’t want it, then you have the Cruze and Laura. Both are great cars.

        car performance of fiat linea is gud.weight is much better then sx4 n verna. but space is all about equal of these cars.fiat linea is 93 bhp power n verna n sx4 both r 90 bhp power.the avg mileage if linea is near about 18 kmpltr

        kumar… jus go for the sx4. its the best deal out of the 2 because, maruti service is efficient and hassle-free and tata service is pathetic. the top model linea has lots of features, but in the base models the sx4 wil serve u better. they hav the same engine so performance is the same, but the sx4 has more ground clearance and more space. fiat…[Read more]

        Linea is the better car. Fiat is building up own network. We can except better service after that though current service isnt that bad. On-roll accelaration of linea is great.

        Oh no! I own a Civic automatic. Honda cars are not meant to run on CNG. The authorised servcie will not do it for you obviously, so the kit will have to be fitted elsewhere. It can be done, but it is quite likely to kill the engine fast. i-Vtec engines are sophisticated petrol engines which are not tolerant towards CNG. Warranty and resale value…[Read more]

        are you going for petrol or diesel. If petrol, the Figo is a little under powered and may not suit especially for highway driving. If diesel, both Figo and Micra are good, but Figo comes with a lesser price tag but more features while Micra comes with all goodies at a higher price tag.

        Try Figo if price is your concern,if you don’t mind about stretching a little bit then there are more of good vehicles than Micra,say for eg.,Punto,i20 etc

        Anybody here took a test drive of the XUV500?We are road testing it right now, so will have a good idea soon. If you are OK with Scorpio, the XUV will definitely feel much better to drive. Interiors are better too, though not up to Rs 11 lakh sedan car standards. Looks nice from sides and back, and front is OK.

        I would say Punto 1.3 and ose over Swift if you are seeking performance.But if you need a lot of features and with same swift engine Indica Vista is good

        I would shortlist – POLO – VW badge, great handling and control, better fit n finish of interiors, almost rattle-free.Fabia – luxurious and spacious feeling inside the car, great handling.Punto (90 HP) – Nice performer.

        go for volkswagen polo aur skoda fabia.and tata manza polo gives in 1200cc with 75 bhp power.mileage is near about 17kmpltr.same engine features is in skoda fabia. but if we talk about tata manza that gives in 1248 cc 90 bhp power.n mileage is much impressive.according to me u should go for volkswagen polo tdi

        go for diesel it wont recover in 3 yrs bt may b in 5 yrs but nobody knows petrol may b 100/lit after few months…..of if u can adjust with cng then its another option.

        i’ll go for diesel its better to give money once n njoy. giving 500-1000 everyday or in 2 days is painful . now adays diesel technology is competing petrol no doubt .cars like bmw n skoda cums in diesel no 1 can say diesel have low pick up or sumthng…….i’ll alwys go fr diesel

        as per ur requirement i think u shud go for SWIFT. as its looks good, the engine is also frugal, has low maintenance cost its A.S.S. is also good. Also look for i20.only its draw back is its less frugal.but a safe &sturdy car.

        diesel car – nt ev2 its nt upmarket bt vista is a great one.u will get the base model in less than 5 50 i guess.base model have atleast ac power steering etc. but if u can manage around 6 then u can get vista vx loaded wid feautes n also has abs.

        ?@vikas thanks for info, visited tata showroom (padit auto) yesterday, i am 6.3 feet tall and vista car roof was just touching head, was not feeling comfortable.. after asking sales executive he said only top end models have driver seat height adjustment. i liked the car but height seems be an issue.

        today visited 2 showrroms ford(figo), hyundai(i20)…. i20 is spacious but seems overpriced and not much pickup. figo looks just ok car but waiting period for both car is more than 1 month. (they have lots of booking pending for diwali)

        yes, except India all other countries are charging diesel with just 5-10% difference(even in pakistan its 94rs petrol – 79 rs diesel). well there is no guarantee of petrol either.. from last june 2010 our so called govt. has increased almost 19rs.         cng increased 2 rs petrol car k other fuel option bh govt mhnge kr rhi h. ab to bhaiya diesel hi dubte ko sahara h.although it may also rise bt if its rising 2rs then petrol by 3rs ……bye bye petrol.its getting difficult to ride my bike :( frget about cars

        I like Grande Punto but Swift and Hyundai i20 are safer options. i20 has more space so if you frequently lug 5 people, its a better option. Also the ride is quite comfy though handling is so so. If you want great handling and slightly less space is not a problem, then there is nothing to beat Swift.

        Why don’t you got a 3/4 years old Honda City, Maruti SX4 or Honda Civic. One of my friends recently bought a 4 year old (but very good, almost new like condition) Honda Civic only for 5.25 Lakhs.
