The Fiesta is a better bet if its actual driving and handling that your are looking for. The Verna has a lot of features to brag about but the Fiesta is a more enjoyable car.

If you are a person who loves driving, you’ll prefer the feel of the Ford Fiesta Titanium+ . The Hyundai Verna SX (O) though is more loaded with features – it has a reverse camera, and six airbags, and all-round disc brakes. The Ford Fiesta gets cruise control, but the Verna does not. By the way, are you looking at the petrol Fiesta and Verna or…[Read more]
Between the two, I will pick the Verna. The verna provides more outright power and features. The Fiesta lags behind in power, so all its great dynamics etc will be appreciated only by a car enthusiast who will push the car to its limit. For 95 % of people who use a car to drive to work, occasional long trips etc, the Verna would probably be better.
quite expensive bet…IMO Rs 2.75 is max cost for it
3.5 lakh is a fair deal. Go ahead.
It’s nearly 3 years old now, so if you calculate depreciation at 10% per year you should be seeing a price tag of about Rs. 3.25 lakh for the car. Insurance companies calculate depreciation at 15% sometimes, but since it’s a car in demand in the market, calculate at 10% and you’ll get this average price you should expect.
It is a good price – but make sure the car has not been in any accident, does not have any problems, and there is no immediate expense after buying like changing tyres etc.

In same line we have i10 which…[Read more]
If you like WagonR, of course. It is one of the most reliable and popular cars in India, and owners are very happy with it.
Depends on the model..i would say go for the i10!! Better in way many ways than the wagon!!
Wagon R is a good choice. But at almost same price, the newly launched Hyundai Eon is also a worthy option. Check out this test drive report: http://www.cartoq.com/expertvoice/hyundai-eon-video-review/
Go with the Wagon R. Good and practical choice. I still have one – a 2002 model – that’s now done 1.33 lakh KM with no major issues. It’s just been following regular services. It’s now on its third set of tyres and third battery in 10 years. Clutch plates were replaced once – preventive maintenance.
