The Jazz should fulfill your requirements perfectly if you are ok with its looks.the car is very spacious and being a honda ,it will serve you well for years.im not saying the i20 is bad,it looks more beautiful and got some very cool instruments and gadgets but the engine is not that good considering the Jazz.it feels a bit underpowered for a big…[Read more]
Definitely Honda Jazz is the best one… der is nothing to beat a honda i-VTEC engine in terms of perfrmance n mileage.. also it offers gud handling, comforts n space tooo…
Honda Jazzzzz, Fiat 90 hp can also fit in your budget
Spacious, easy to drive and maintain – the Jazz which is the best overall petrol hatch. Power, handling, once a week car – the Punto Emotion (1.4L) is a notch above the rest.
ther is JAZZ .. but u should also consider the new chevrolet SAIL its even got a boot and fits well within your budget.. the spares will also be cheaper tha the jazz.
The looks are disgusting, Why ruin a car that is already beautiful, already own one and love it,HATE THE NEW ONE.AARGH
i Agree wid u..The corolla is not good from front but Rear is awesome!
All corolla were fantastic, even this one looks great, I like the new one.
Honda City grill, Honda Accord headlamps over in front. Mercedes E rear lamp structure mashed by Lexus side tail lamps. This company is running out of design ideas.
Yes it is d same is with d fiesta once i ws carryin full load wen my car went through a bump and after 100 mts it broke dwn I found dat d the engine oil tank broke n. I hd to spend around 30 k dat to outside if I would hv done d same in a ford service centre it would havr costd me around a lac……ground clearance is very annoying….muet say…
The rear of the Figo tends to squat down when fully loaded, and it’s the rear bumper / mud flaps that hit mostly. However, over large speedbreakers, it is best to take it diagonally, as the middle also tends to touch. It’s the same with most premium hatchbacks and mid-size sedans – except for perhaps the SX4 and Punto to some extent (Punto tends…[Read more]
Yes , As Mr Roshun said, this is problems with many cars, but if you drive tactfully there is not any problem. I m driving Figo from more than one yr. but still didnt get any such problem.
Figo is pretty bad with unscientific humps.. may be among the hatch Figo is more severely affected!
Depends. As a chauffeur driven car, the Sunny wins, otherwise, it would be the Verna for me.
Go for Scala, or verna is fine
fluidic is excellent car with good build quality, go for fluidic
Verna for looks .!!! Sunny for Comfort and Space.!! Personally I would go in for Nissan Sunny over Verna. As both cars are good .. choice is yours as to what purpose you need one.
Feature – Verna
Looks- Verna
Interior Quality-Verna
comfort and space-Sunny
Handling-Sunny
The choice is yours both the cars are gr8..
honda city instead if looking for petrol. its more vfm and more luxurious than both of them.
Polo and I am biased ![]()
Watch this too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oeKuFs0KxO8

I 20 i recon for it maintenance and resale value also lots of features. If you can watch out for punto, then also its great car to drive and handle.
Maintanance and after sale costs are not too less for both i20 and polo..
both are good cars
I20 for comforts, looks, features n prrfrmnce n polo for better built quality, interiors n brand value… Also VW vehicles hav high maintanance cost vn compared wid Hyundais
I20 for comforts,features,prrfrmnce n looks… n polo for Grt handling,built quality n interiors,brand value . Also VW vehicles has high maintenance cost Dan dat f Hyundais…
Maintenance wise not much of a difference between both… Polo being on the higher side.!! i20 come with a 90BHP .. 6 speed gearbox.. whereas Polo comes with a 75 BHP .. 5 speed gear Box..! 120′s engine (CRDI) is smoother and less noisy when compared to Polo(TDI).. so cabin is much much quieter then polo.. Where as polo has Good ride quality and…[Read more]
Manoj, Ford Fiesta is the way to go. Verna’s handling is not too great the back tyres have a mind of their own. It is not even stable at 80kmph. Even though the equipment list is exhaustive in Verna I would suggest you to decide against it.
May I also suggest Skoda Rapid to you. It is the best car of the segment as far as diesels are concerned.
By the Fiesta do you mean the Fiesta Classic?
Fiesta is the loud answer, if you ask or drive on your own and not on what is there is market.
thanks guys! @devdath i mean the new fiesta kinetic
The new fiesta is a great handling car @Sai, and is a far better car than the Verna. The pricing takes it down.
verna is poor in terms of handling and new ford fiesta is great but higher price takes it down. instead consider honda city if looking for petrol car. else skoda rapid is also a good option.
after all these inputs its fiesta we just loved the way it drove man what a car! thank you guys
You need to first decide on your requirements and then the car that you want to buy.
road conditions are not very good in my area. And i will use near about 1000 km/month. I can afford a suv but accordng to milage hatchback wins. So plese suggest me which will have lower maintainence cost.
Why don’t you look at the Duster 85PS then? It is well built, very comfortable and reliable with decent fuel economy.
There is long list, Start with Fiat Punto 90 hp, figo titanium, i20, Quonto, Even Xylo E4 might fit to ur budget, Also there is Duster if you stretch a bit and if you can wait, wait for ECO sport.
Agar aapka budget 8 lkhs tk kaa hai, fir aap duster afford kr skte hain.
Bolero se jyada comfortable hai. Ertiga bhi ek acha option hai, lekin duster better option hai.
You could also look at the Mahindra Quanto in the same price range – more refined than Bolero. (Google translate: आप भी इस कीमत रेंज में महिंद्रा Quanto में लग सकता है – बोलेरो की तुलना में और अधिक परिष्कृत.)
I Think Bolero hi best option he ye Duster itni comfortable nahi he par Tough road me iska koi mukabala nahi kar sakta. (like a mini Hummer).
Even xylo will be fine if you want to go for 8 lac budget.
bolero is best looking car with 295 no. tyre and alloys
are you going for petrol or diesel. If petrol, the Figo is a little under powered and may not suit especially for highway driving. If diesel, both Figo and Micra are good, but Figo comes with a lesser price tag but more features while Micra comes with all goodies at a higher price tag.
Rear window in Figo doesn’t fully roll down – thats TRUE
Try Figo if price is your concern,if you don’t mind about stretching a little bit then there are more of good vehicles than Micra, say for eg.,Punto,i20 etc
if u r looking for diesel then go for ford figo.becoz nissan micra giving useless option these is no use of that in daily day today life.only wastage of money
Figo is spacious, value for money.. and Micra is premium, European style and quality. It depends on which is more important for you.
go fr micra
its a nyc car thn figo it hs btr design btr features
but yu want diesel thn go for figo bcaus figo hs btr in diesel as micra diesel yu get only in tp variant and yu dont get ABS in tht
and apassenger air bag also yu dnt get
micra
go for figo man
Figo is very reasonable to maintain. No maintenance issues. Its great to drive and good mileage. Feels good to won the same.
Its Figo. Drive it to beleive it, ALso its interior qlty is fantastic its music system rocks and seats are very comfy. Good boot space. Great to drive. Qlty feels nice. Proud owner of figo
