It will likely be launched in metros this year, but no confirmed news of the Venture so far.
Petrol won’t work out in our country.Entry with the diesel heart wins many buyers hands.
Amazingly ugly.
Can do good in the Indian market subject to available in Diesel Model and its Price Tag.
wow.. ugliest chevy.. but can do something in Indian Market with diesel and bigger engine size. Indian tourist car market is awaiting a low priced high performance MPV, so please do something better than this. This MPV may be a failure..
WOWWWWWWWWW
The title of the Car is more like Child’s Imagination…So I would prefer it’s maker to re-consider it’s name… Chevrolet India is more or less got really dumped up…With this Car…I guess…I can’t expect anything…now…
IF LAUNCH IN 90′S IT COULD BE HIT!
Scorpio undoubtedly wins hands my vote for Scorpio.
Scorpio “Nothing Else Will Do”
both are uselss suvs XUV500 is better and current safari dicor is better.
these on paper comparisons are just for show…on the road the new tata safari will give scorpio a good rivalry since safari is alwaz known as a suv but scorpio alwaz and will alwaz be a muv…it cant match up with the safari in terms of road presence and performance, no matter what mahindra does with m2di or micro-hybrid engines..
Warning: The answer is speculative and purely from the ride and handling point of view: The Aria underpinnings that Storme borrows are pretty good for India-made car–certainly better than Scorpio. So i suspect Storme should ride and handle better.
Safari is better if its priced at, not more than 20k than its Previous version…. The USP is the “Range Rover” inspired front end… just love it…
Many came, Many gone but what we have from a decade over is TATA SAFARI – no matter north, east, west or south… and Now it got some help from its big brother Rover’s
it’s gonna rock…
I have been driven both cars , Scorpio is king 4 local Indian roads , Safari is comfortable car in only highways , less comfort in Scorpio but performs better torque wen compared 2 safari , Scorpio dances in highways its bcoz of its suspension , Safari have a good suspension 4 highways, Braking in Scorpio is better than Safari . All over a Scorpio…[Read more]
both cars are value for money,it just depends upon ones taste and choice
safari z d best!!!
New Safari looks promising hope what TATA talks must get deliver. Nothing wrong with the new design but if they have kept the tyre at the back, the design would have worked as cherry on the top
. Although not bad option, looking for the launch and buy one…
Tata Safari is the King of SUV in Indian Market……its head turner. Big & Beautiful….
What is your budget?
I would suggest you to test drive the following cars to get a fair idea of how each one drives 1. Maruti Swift, 2. Tata Vista, 3. Ford Figo 4. Volkswagen Polo and 5. Skoda Fabia.
budget is 7 l sir
@ Aravindhan > sir but swift has long waiting period, sir n y not u suggesting punto? i ruled out figo – bcoz i din like d design , fabia bcoz no proper servicing one of my friend had a very bad experience. polo ,punto, i20,were my choice of order can u plz suggest me among these , must be both value for money, nice driving experience, some descent…[Read more]
If you need a good driving pleasure oriented vehicle then why not conside buying Vista? It has good space, long on equipment list.
If you are adept for Fiat Punto then there is no problem in buying one but what matters is its A.S.S,yes lil bad as it’s being tied with TASS but that is one car you won’t regret buying it.
The Swift ZDI is pretty much in your budget. It’s one of the best among diesel hatchbacks. What are your priorities: Driving & handling / Comfort and space / Features / Mileage?
The easy decision is for Swift. But Swift’s waiting period is huge. Tata service quality is not as good as Maruti, but if that is ok for you, then Vista is a good choice. Punto is also good, but there too you will get Tata’s service. Polo – very good-looking car, and very good build quality too.
Ahhhhh… Aria it is. Definitely. More space, good ground clearance. It is in many ways an SUV that looks like an MPV
Problem is that very few people are buying it, and you will have to keep explaining to people why you bought it!
Also consider buying the new safari Storme,it is a cross between Ol’ Safari and Aria i.e., Storme comes with Safari name with Aria’s chassis(monocoque i think)which means a class apart from Safari and below Aria.
Its better to wait for the test drive reports of the new Safari (Safari Storme) and then come to a conclusion!
Aria does not have a monococque body. It is a body-on-frame vehicle only. Same with the Safari Storme. The Safari VX4x4 has a part-time switchable 4×4 system with a low-ratio gearbox that’s good for extreme off-road duties. The Aria 4×4 on the other hand is only an All-wheel drive when the situation demands, and can handle only mild off-roading.…[Read more]
I would just say one word for ARIA , another BIG time flop show by TATA’s.
If ur buying a 4×4 then the Safari makes more sense but if ur not going to be off roading that much the Aria is a better bet. Question is do u want to spend the extra money? There are plenty of better choices out there!
it looks like a hatchback and nothing more
somehow resembles TATA Safari… with cost cuts and refined looks:D
Good looking SUV liked the styling inside out.
Its a gr8 option for hatchbacks. If anybody wants to buy a hatchback with a little bit bigger boot space and also MUV looks then this would be the best option. The car has got brillient features compared to its price and comparing to other hatchbacks. I had driven the car two years back when it was launched for the first time, I found it fine.…[Read more]
Fiesta is less powerful than the Verna. Verna also has more features. However, Fiesta has pretty high build quality, and it is technically a more advanced car. Simple answer is, more luxury and power- Verna. More solid and better engineering – Fiesta..
If you love driving, you’ll love the way the Fiesta drives and handles. It’s a very well built car. But if you want more features (as well as more BHP), the Verna is a better deal.
Verna is the segment leader in performance
Drive the fiesta man… It handles well and rides awesome… IT is a driver’s car but doesnot have a sporty engine…it is overpriced… it is lill bulbous…but still if u r a drving enthuiast go for Fiesta…
thanks everyone …fr ur valuable advice…cheers n a happy new year 2 u all…
both suvs are best
My vote for Ford ecosport.
i am eagerly looking forward for both the suvs to be launched. i am surely interested to buy one
well according to me renault has yet not devloped enough potential to take on auto major ford. even though ford is a new player in this segment still from tech view on any day i will go with ford. rest for renault it depends on the after sale service that it will provide.
Ford Ecosport!!!!!!!!!!!!! Going to be the best small suv of the year
Love it…………:)
ecosport
Ecosport…but please, if Ford is hearing this please please add some horses for the diesel engine or have a variant with more horses diesel.
both are good, Suzuki XA alpha is also in same category
Due to its compact dimensions Ford ecosport will look like Premier Rio…………Duster is simple n rugged looking…….

ONE OF THE BEST SUVs IN INDIA RIGHT NOW.
The tail lamps look straight out of a Zazz but slightly enlarged.
may be i can buy this vehicle its actual middle class famiy mpv
Its basically an hatch with 7 seats,it holds good for buyers who wants a bigger vehicle to accommodate his family and should be better drivibility in city too.A buyer buying in this category looks for some comfort and not too concerned about the performance where the competitors raise its hands.Being taken the national engine i hope this yields…[Read more]

Eeco has been an good MPV from the day it was launched,it now enjoys selling round 3-4k in a month,it has been a very good with family consisting 5 members and to carry their whole weekend luggage. And the Launch of Eeco Green is also being enjoyed for people who use the MPV for commercial purpose and thus making his running expenses way less and…[Read more]
