Just answered this in your following question. If your driving is just 250 km a month, pick the petrol, it's worth it.
Your monthly running is very low and so, you cannot enjoy the benefits of diesel and you can a significant money in EMI if you are planning to take the car in loan. Therefore Ertiga petrol will fit your requirements as of now. But, if you think that your monthly running will increase to 750 or more kms per month at a later stage (some buyers tend to start using the car more than they think when buying) its better to go for Ertiga diesel.
