As far as I know the Duster RXZ variant comes with an integrated 2DIN Audio system with USB, Aux-in & Bluetooth along with 4 speakers. Even the official website does not claim that it has an 18 cm touch screen, this might be a dealer offer. Where did you hear about this?
i got this news from TEAM-BHP forum, they are talking about some update in interior of upcoming duster after month.
This option is there for the Duster - it's an optional extra that you can get from Renault instead of the standard system.
