I am planning to buy a Used Civic. Tomorrow I would be seeing a April 2009 White Color, 26XXX kms run Civic. The only glitch is that that the car was earlier Company owned and then it has been passed down to 2 other owners so I`ll be the fourth owner. Should I go for this car? The car is in immaculate condition. I will be owning the car for the next 5-6 year so the resale is not an issue. Also what should be the price that I should expect. The car is Bangalore registered and I live in Bangalore.

Shishir, I am no expert :) but if the car is in good conditions there should not be any issue considering you are planning to keep it for long. Expect the price in b/w 8 to 9 lakh

Car will be perfectly fine of the owners have treated it well. Normally Civics do not even require any great car. Just dont crash them on speedbreakers or get into accidents! As this car has already had 3 owners, you have to do a thorough check to make sure everything is fine. If they have been nice to it, then you wont face any issues. (I have a 2007 Civic running perfectly)

4-5 lac at max since civic has very poor resale value and your civic had already 3 owners. mere average of 7 on petrol has no customers in resale market as one who actually can offord civic will go for new one.
