Hyundai Verna or Honda City?

Hi Experts, Which car would you suggest, the Hyundai Verna (1.6 VTVT) vs. Honda City (S MT)? I am very confused as I have heard that the City does not have good resale value and maintenance too is high. However Verna maintenance is cheap and good. Also City costs me Rs. 9.53 lakh on road vs. Verna Rs. 9.77 lakh on road. I heard good reviews about the City from here but I have heard otherwise from all others!

Nothing beats the City when it comes to resale. Its a very reliable car and is backed by Honda ASS. Just that the spares are a bit expensive but u will not be needing then anytime soon. It is also much better to dive than the Verna but is not as loaded with features.

Verna has more features. Both cars have good resale value. If you love driving, you'll probably like the City better. Follow routine services and you really can't go wrong with a Honda City. But if you're more inclined towards gizmos and styling, the Verna has it all. It's a complete package.
