Hi, I am planning to buy Hyundai i10 1.1 Magna. I drove both the i10 and the Wagon R, as per me the Wagon R has a good pickup but is very light. I am worried about the milage of the i10 since I am getting mixed reviews. Can anyone tell me if i10 1.1 IRDE2 Magna is a good car and what should I expect from it. Any help will be highly appreciated.

iRDE2 has compartively better mileage than the Kappa2 engine. However, in city, expect mileage of around 12-13 kmpl and in highways u can expect 15+. wagon R compartively gives more mileage than the i10.. so if you worry about mileage, better go for Wagon R.
company claims 20.36, does it go this low than the company said mileage... what do you think about the engine in both, wagon R and i10 IRDE2 1.1 , which one is more powerful..? overall what would be your choice if i am looking for power, comfort, cost and engine? iRDE2 is slightly powerful (1 bhp and 9 Nm) more than WagonR. In terms of gear shift quality, interior quality, look and feel, i10 iRDE2 and highway stability it is better than Wagon R. But, when it comes to fuel efficiency, Wagon R has an advantage. Besides, service costs, spare parts costs and resale value are in favour of Wagon R. Hence, i10 iRDE2 = power + comfort + engine Wagon R = mileage + maintenance.
hey dude go for i10 man... why do u care for resale value? jus enjoy the performance of i10. wagonR has low on road stability. body rool is very high on tht.
i10 mileage is 12-14 kmpl and wagonR mileage is 20-22kmpl...wagonr is not a light car
mileage of 22kmpl and its of waganoR..???? dude dont joke...
