I have Lxi variant of Figo. It does not come with Boot opener on dashboard, can this be fitted as aftermarket feature? Also, are the aftermarket power windows reliable, it costs around 6K for front and 10K for all four windows?

Power windows you should try and get installed from the authorized I'm sure you can get your remote boot release installed at the service center as well.
You can get aftermarket power windows. They are quite reliable. Rs. 10,000 for all four windows is a bit expensive. I've seen packages for about Rs. 8000, all-four. You can fit the boot opener too - but you'll have to source that from Ford's service center only, not sure you'll get it outside.
