i20 anyday..on straight line..reason is simple..i20 = 90 hp power @4000 rpm and 224 NM Torque 1396 cc engine with 6 gears ..swift = 75 bhp power @4000 rpm 1248 cc engine and 190 NM torque with 5 gears. hence i20 clear winner.
If its a straight line, the Swift can't match the i20. On the other hand, in the real world, there is a need for braking, turning, changing lanes etc where there is a huge margin in the way both of them handle, the Swift would win.
