Figo. It is the most value for money for that price. Several versions, both petrol and diesel available at your price on road.
If you want to look at notch lower, you'll also get an i10 at that price.
You can also consider the Ritz. A refreshed version will be here very soon and this car has perhaps the best use of that 1.3 diesel engine. I have driven the Vdi model quite a bit and I am really impressed by this car. And it being a Maruti, you wont have to worry about maintenance or mileage either. The petrol engine is competent as well.
