That looks like a good price for the Linea diesel. we havent heard about any major problems with the Linea even after a few years of use, so it will be a safe buy. Tata services Fiat cars, and some people have had complaints about service quality - but it is often dependent on the dealer. Some dealers are good, some are not so good. I believe it will be a safe buy though. Let us wait for a few more answers from the community!
Rs.4.6 lakh is a good price for a 2009 diesel Linea. However keep in mind that it doesn't not have good resale value.
As Rishabh said, it loses resale value quite fast, but in your case that's an advantage, since you are getting it second hand! The price sounds good for a Linea diesel. Which variant is it?

2009 Linea Emotion diesel for Rs. 4.6 lakh is a good deal. Take it. Just make sure you inspect the car thoroughly for accident damage or any major repairs. Ask for a service history of the car, if available.

Check the ODO meter... If its above 75,000 caution... U wud have to spend more than 1 lakhs in the maintenance dept... I give my word that it cud tear ur pocket for sure.... The diesel injector, turbo charger etc etc...
