No wonder, then, that Indian cricketers end up earning a lot of money through match fees, product endorsements, et al. These high earnings let them splurge on a really hot set of wheels. We have already talked in detail about the various high-end motorcycles and SUVs our cricketers own. This post, however, is restricted to the most expensive cars of Indian cricketers.
Yuvraj Singh – Lamborghini Murcielago – Rs 3.6 crore
The most expensive car on this list is also the fastest car we have here. Yuvi owns a Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640-4, which the cricketer has often been seen driving. Yuvraj has even driven this car on the Buddh International Circuit, the erstwhile F1 circuit of India. While the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640-4 isn’t on sale anymore, it used to be the flagship model in the Lamborghini range for a long time. Powering it is a 6.5-liter, naturally aspirated V12 petrol engine that produces 631 Bhp and 660 Nm. It used to be on sale at Rs 3.6 crore apiece.

Next in line is the Bentley Flying Spur of the Nawab of Najafgarh. Virender Sehwag also owns a high-end BMW 730 ld, which was gifted to him by none other than Sachin Tendulkar recently. However, our focus is on his Flying Spur, which costs a whopping Rs 3.10 crore. The former cricketer has been spotted many times in both the driving seat and the rear seat of his stately Bentley.
Virat Kohli – Audi R8 LMX – 2.97 Crore
Virat is the brand ambassador for Audi India. No surprise then he has many of their cars in his garage. The highlight, however, is the R8 LMX supercar that costs Rs 2.97 crore. The exclusivity of this car can be gauged from the fact that only 99 units of the LMX have ever been made. The car costs Rs 2.97 crore. It is powered by a 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine that produces a maximum power of 570 Bhp and a peak torque of 540 Nm. The engine comes mated to a dual clutch 7-speed transmission that delivers power to all the four wheels.
Sachin Tendulkar – BMW i8 – 2.62 Crore
Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar is the brand ambassador for BMW India. He has many Bimmers in his garage, the most expensive of which is the i8. It’s said that Sachin was really impressed with the styling of the Vision Efficient Dynamic Concept back when it made its public debut. He told BMW that he wanted the production model and hence, he was finally gifted a white i8. The i8 is powered by a 1.5-liter, 3-cylinder petrol engine that outputs 231 bhp and 320 Nm. It comes mated to an electric motor that further adds 131 bhp and 250 Nm. Together, the two power sources offer 362 Bhp and 570 Nm, which is enough to propel this car from zero to 100 kmph in 4.4 seconds.
Hardik Pandya – Land Rover Range Rover – Rs 1.66 crore
It is said that there was a time when Hardik Pandya, the new-gen cricketer who is known for his all-round skills, couldn’t pay the EMI of his car for many months. Today, however, he is considerably famous and successful and has even managed to earn enough money to buy a black Land Rover Range Rover SUV for himself. The Rangie costs Rs 1.66 crore and is a hot favorite among the rich and the elite.
Dinesh Karthik – Porsche Cayman S – Rs 85.53 lakh
Dinesh Karthik, the young wicket keeper-batsman, made his international cricket debut back in 2004. Since then, he has been regular with playing the roles of an opening batsman and a wicket-keeper.
