The Royal Enfield brand is not limited to Indian boundaries. It is one of the brands most loved by custom bike builders. Here are the ten most gorgeous Royal Enfield custom bikes ever built.
Surf Racer
This is one of the latest Royal Enfield based custom models and was showcased at a festival in France. The Surf Racer is based on the Continental GT. Sinroja Motorcycles worked on the model to give a complete overhaul. The UK based custom company has added a semi-fairing to the motorcycle.
The faired cafe racer also has a redesigned tail with integrated exhaust. The design makes it look extremely neat. The motorcycle gets 17-inch performance wheels, upgraded tyres, upside down forks and horizontally mounted rear shock.
Sinroja has also tweaked the engine. It now has more power with higher lift cams, a new engine manifold and machined piston barrels that work together to provide higher compression. A new exhaust system from Dellorto pushes the gases out from under the seat.
Tony 535
The Tony 535 is the product of Inline3 customs. It is quite an unusual custom model as it merges different models into one. The frame is a Deltabox from Yamaha YZF R15 while the engine is from the Continental GT. The motorcycle also uses brakes and WP shock absorbers from the KTM Duke.
The mixed and matched motorcycle gets the swingarm from the Thunderbird. The fuel tank has been custom designed to give it a unique look. The street fighter plus cafe racer look goes quite well with the choice of colour. There is no headlamp in the bike but a circular disc. The engine has Wossner piston, performance valves and cams, power commander ECU from Hitchcock Motorcycle, UK. With the performance parts, the Tony 535 utilises the new chassis completely.
Hazan Motorworks
This motorcycle is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. Based out of USA, Hazan Motorworks built everything from scratch. Even parts like the lever and the cables were built to be noticed. The motorcycle has an elongated customised fuel tank with a spring loaded handlebar unit. Even the brake levers are mirrored to make it feel special.
The seat is made out of a single plank of wood. The minimalistic design cafe racer has the exhaust under the seat. The spoke wheels have thick fat rubber. The engine case has been cut away to expose the rotating mechanism. It is based on a 500cc Royal Enfield and looks nothing less than marvellous.
Desert Flower
Customised by a Dubai-based custom house, the Desert Flower is a minimalist Royal Enfield scrambler. The motorcycle has been developed around the 500cc unit construction engine that has many upgrades. The engine gets Hitchcocks Amal carburettor conversion kit. The ground clearance has been increased, and new grippier dual purpose tyres now shroud the rims.
The motorcycle also has aftermarket exhaust with higher clearance. The single-seater Desert Flower has a unique headlamp unit with a single projector lamp. The chassis has been altered to give it an extended look.
Nevermore
Mean Green Customs of Mumbai has used a unit construction engine and has built an exquisite chopper around it. The custom house has used a modified Royal Enfield frame. The motorcycle looks extremely sharp and is described as a stealth bike by the customizers.
The Nevermore 350 has a single seat and an all-black paint finish. The headlamp has a contrasting yellow tone. It is lighter than the stock motorcycle, and the engine has not been tweaked for more power.
