Maruti Ciaz
Discount: Up to Rs. 1 lakh
The Ciaz has been the top-selling car in the segment for a few months. The sedan which is being sold through the premium Nexa dealerships is now available with a lot of discounts and offers. The Ciaz diesel is being offered with a discount of Rs. 30,000 plus there is a corporate discount of Rs. 10,000. There is also a loyalty bonus of Rs. 50,000.
The Ciaz petrol is offered with Rs. 80,000 discount. There is a Rs. 20,000 cash discount plus Rs. 10,000 corporate discount. The consumers also get Rs. 50,000 loyalty bonus.
Honda City
Discount: Up to Rs. 36,000
Honda City is quite popular in the segment and brings in a good number for Honda every month. To push the year-end sales, Honda is offering up to Rs. 36,000 discount depending on the variant. The City is available with both petrol and diesel with an automatic option with the petrol engine.
Skoda Rapid
Discount Up to: Rs. 1.5 lakh
The Rapid is the best selling Skoda in India. The mid-size sedan is currently available at Rs. 1.42 lakh discount on the top-spec trim. The Rapid base Active trims get a discount of Rs. 1.25 lakh, The top-spec Style trim gets Rs. 1.39 lakh discount. Skoda also offers an additional Rs. 20,000 off to the corporate customers.
Volkswagen Vento
Discount: Up to Rs. 1.1 lakh
The Vento gets a cash discount of Rs. 90,000 with an additional discount of Rs. 10,000. If you get the insurance done from the dealerships, there will be an additional discount of Rs. 10,000. The Vento competes with the Honda City, Maruti Ciaz and Hyundai Verna in India.
Hyundai Xcent
Discount: Up to Rs. 70,000
Hyundai launched the new Xcent in India earlier this year. The sedan based on the Grand i10 is currently being offered with Rs. 40,000 cash discount, Rs. 25,000 exchange bonus and Rs. 5,000 extra discount to the corporate customers.
Volkswagen Ameo
Discount: Up to Rs. 50,000
The compact sedan from the German manufacturer is quite popular in the market. Volkswagen is currently offering up to Rs. 50,000 cash discount on the Ameo to further push the sales. The Ameo competes with the Maruti DZire, Ford Aspire, Hyundai Xcent in the segment.
Tata Zest

Tata Zest never gained much attention in the market. The sedan is currently at a discount of Rs. 35,000 in the market. The Zest is available with both petrol and diesel engine options and there is AMT for the people who want an automatic option.
Fiat Linea

Nissan Sunny

Nissan Sunny has never made an impact on the sales chart. The mid-size sedan is now available at a discount of up to Rs. 45,000. Nissan is offering 1st-year insurance for free. Buyers also get Rs. 14,000 exchange bonus and Rs. 10,000 discount if employed by the government.
Toyota Etios

The Etios sedan from Toyota is not finding a lot of family car buyers. To push sales, Toyota is now offering a 45,000 rupee discount on the car. The discount is applicable both on petrol and diesel versions. It comprises of free insurance worth over Rs. 25,000, free accessories worth around Rs. 10,000 and a Rs. 10,000 cash discount.
