Lately, several videos and images have surfaced online showing people gifting cars and bikes to their spouses, parents, children, or even siblings. Recently, Riva Arora, a 13-year-old teenager who starred in the popular movie Uri: The Surgical Strike, received a gift from her mother for achieving 10 million followers on Instagram. And what was the gift, you ask? Well, it was a brand new Audi Q3 SUV, which has a starting price of Rs 44 lakh.
Riva Arora shared the news on her social media profile along with images and wrote, “I know I am late, but I finally celebrated my 10 million Insta Family with my new gift @audiin from @nishriv_ and @jyotiwadhwa._. Thank you so much. I love you guys a lot. I can’t express my happiness in words. Thank you to my 10.6 million Insta family for your unconditional love and support. The images in the post show Riva Arora taking delivery of her brand new luxury SUV. As mentioned above, the teenager was gifted the Audi Q3 SUV by her mother. The SUV that Riva received is finished in black shade, and she even shared a picture where she is seen sitting in the boot of her brand new SUV. The Audi Q3 seen in the images is the current generation model, and the second-generation Audi Q3 was launched in the market last year. The price for this SUV starts at Rs 44.89 lakh, ex-showroom, and goes up to Rs 50.39 lakh, ex-showroom. The SUV was launched in the market after a gap of two years.
Information regarding the exact variant gifted to Riva Arora is not available. However, we do know that the Audi Q3 is a luxury SUV that has grown in size compared to the last generation. The design is inspired by the bigger Q7 SUV and features sleeker looking all-LED headlamps, a large octagonal front grille, redesigned front and rear bumpers, and more. The SUV also offers features like a larger 10.1-inch fully digital instrument cluster, a free-floating touchscreen infotainment system, brushed aluminum inserts on the dashboard and door pads, automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lights, park assist, reverse parking camera, leather-wrapped seats, and more.
The SUV is available in Pulse Orange, Glacier White, Chronos Grey, Mythos Black, and Navarra Blue shades. Riva got her SUV in the Mythos Black shade, which looks interesting. The Audi Q3 is now available with petrol engine options only, as Audi discontinued diesel engines from all their offerings. The SUV is powered by a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that generates 190 PS and 320 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 7-speed DCT gearbox, and the Quattro AWD system is offered as a standard feature with the SUV. The Audi Q3 competes with cars like the Mercedes-Benz GLA, BMW X1, Mini Countryman, and Volvo XC40 in the segment.
