The 2012 Nano is an improved and much more polished version of the original Nano.
We drove a “Papaya Orange” coloured Tata Nano which is priced at 1.96 lakh rupees in and around Delhi to get a feel of the car. The Nano is now available in the CX and LX variants with more creature comforts. The 2012 Nano is powered by a 624 cc engine that now makes 37.4 bhp of power and 51 Nm of torque.
One thing we discovered about the Nano is the amount of space it has inside, in fact it has more space the cars twice its price. On the flipside we also discovered that the Nano is not very comfortable at its top speed (which is limited) of 105 kmph and is best kept in the green zone on the speedometer.
Here’s a video review of the 2012 Tata Nano LX, which has been further improved from the original Nano. Take a look and find out how much of an improvement the 2012 Nano really is over its predecessor.
