Upcoming 2020 Hyundai Verna: Live images reveal more about the upcoming sedan

Hyundai Verna is a pretty popular car in the Indian market for a long time now. Hyundai is working on all-new Verna and it is expected to be launched in the Indian market next year. Before that, Hyundai has revealed the upcoming car in the Chinese market. The Indian version of the Hyundai Verna will be heavily inspired by the Chinese-spec model. After getting a glimpse of the car, new pictures of the vehicle show more details and what exactly the vehicle will look like. Here are new pictures of the facelifted Verna that will be launched in the Indian market in the coming time.

Hyundai is most likely to showcase the Verna facelift at the 2020 Auto Expo. Even though it will be a facelifted version, the car gets a number of updates that ensures that the new car looks thoroughly updated all over. The facelifted Hyundai Verna looks radically different from the current version available in the Indian market.

The new Verna gets a new grille that makes the car look extremely aggressive. It is the new cascade design grille that can be seen on the new Hyundai vehicles. The headlamps have been updated too and the new lamps are much sleeker than the current one. At the lower part, the vehicle gets a new bumper with silver inserts and the foglamps are mounted vertically on the car.

From the side, the Hyundai Verna looks quite similar to the current version and the side profile remains unchanged. The alloy wheels, however, are all-new and they look extremely good on the car. It is not known if the Indian version will get similarly designed alloy wheels or it will be different. At the rear, the Verna gets a new look, thanks to the new tail lamps that look extremely sharp. The angled tail lamps are connected to each other with a thin reflector that makes the car look very sporty and aggressive. It also gets vents in the bumper and a new diffuser in the rear that adds to the looks. Overall, the Verna looks very impressive in the new pictures.

On the inside, the Verna is expected to get minor changes. The position of the infotainment system will be updated and it will also get the new Hyundai Connect system. Moreover, the driver instrument cluster will also see a major upgrade.

The new Hyundai Verna will get BS6 compliant engine. The current set of 1.5-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel will be updated to meet the latest emission norms and will be launched in the market.
