Customers interested in the new Harrier can visit their nearest Tata Motors dealership to make the booking or can visit the official Tata Harrier website to make an online booking. Prices of the 2020 Tata Harrier BS6 will be announced at the official launch at the Auto Expo, following which deliveries will commence. Tata Motors has just revealed the 2020 Harrier through a video that gives a quick glimpse of the heavily updated SUV. Here, check it out.

The 2020 Tata Harrier BS6 gets a more powerful state of tune for the 2 liter Fiat Multijet turbocharged diesel engine, which now puts out 170 Bhp-350 Nm. There are 2 gearbox options: a 6 speed manual and a newly introduced Hyundai-sourced 6 speed torque converter automatic. Both gearboxes drive the front wheels of the 2020 Harrier, and there is no all wheel drive variant available.

The 2020 Harrier also gets an electric sunroof and power adjustable driver’s seat in the top-end XZ+ and XZA+ trims. These are newly introduced variants in the Harrier line up.

While pricing will be revealed in a couple of days, we expect the Harrier to get pricier by about Rs. 30,000 among lower variants while the highest trim could see a price increase of about Rs. 1.2-1.5 lakh. The Harrier rivals the likes of the MG Hector, Jeep Compass and Mahindra XUV500, and is a five seat SUV.
