Toyota has launched the facelifted version of the Innova Crysta after a long wait. Toyota started dispatching the new Innova Crysta MPVs to the dealerships across India sometime back and the deliveries will start from today. The price of the Innova Crysta now starts at Rs 16,26,000 to Rs. 24,33,000 Ex-showroom (Prices are same across the country except for Kerala).
This is the first update of the Toyota Innova Crysta in the Indian market since its introduction in the Indian market back in 2016. This is the best-selling car from Toyota India for a long time now and there is also no direct competitor of the Innova Crysta in the Indian market. Toyota has already updated the Innova Crysta to make it BS6 compliant and this update is all about the vehicle’s looks and cosmetic changes.
The new Innova Crysta offers quite a few changes. At the front, the MPV gets a new grille, which is all-black in colour and it is underlined by a thick chrome stripe. The headlamps have been updated too and they now get LED Daytime Running Lamps. The headlamps are designed in a way that they overlap the grille of the Innova Crysta and looks great. Toyota has also added a new bumper, which looks much different from the previous one and redesigned turn indicators too. The indicators now sit inside he black surrounds and fog lamps are positioned in different housing below that.
Speaking about the launch, Mr Naveen Soni, Senior Vice President, Sales and Service, TKM, said,

Toyota has not made any changes to the dashboard of the Innova Crysta. However, there are a few additional equipments like a larger 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Toyota has also added an integrated air purifier and a 360-degree camera to the Innova Crysta.
