When it comes to luxury off-roaders, the Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen tops the list. It also ranks as one of the most expensive cars in India. With a price tag of Rs. 4 crore (ex-showroom), not everyone in India can afford the luxury of a Mercedes G-Wagen. However, many can afford a capable off-roader like the Force Gurkha and Maruti Suzuki Jimny. Recently, a video of one such owner of a Force Gurkha, who has converted his vehicle into a G-Wagen, has been shared online.

The video of this particular Force Gurkha transformed into a Mercedes G-Wagen has been shared on YouTube by Small Town Rider on their channel. The vlogger starts off the video by reaching the shop where this unique Force Gurkha was parked. After reaching there, he takes the driving seat in the Force Gurkha and goes to an isolated location for the shoot of the video. He then shows the exterior of the car and provides a detailed walkaround.

Front

The vlogger then starts showing the exterior of this fully customized Gurkha, which has been made to look like a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen. At the front, this particular Gurkha has been given a brand new grille with a massive Mercedes-Benz logo. The presenter mentions that the LED projector headlights have been kept the same, along with the turn indicators which look exactly like the ones that come in a real G-Wagen. Next up, he adds that the entire lower front bumper, which from the factory comes in matte black color, has been painted in the same white color as the car.

Following the front, the vlogger shows the side profile of the vehicle. He adds that just like the front, all of the fenders have been painted in the same white color. The car has also been given a roll bar in front of the windshield. The vlogger highlights that to add this roll bar, the factory engine snorkel had to be removed. Apart from this, some black-colored plastic vents have also been added on the sides. Lastly, he talks about the 17-inch alloy wheels which have the Mercedes-Benz logo in the center.

Moving on, the presenter then shows the rear end of this SUV. He adds that apart from the painted rear bumper, not much has been changed. The Force Gurkha comes with a full-sized spare wheel and a step ladder in the rear. Another addition that this particular SUV has been given is a tow hitch at the rear which is used for towing other vehicles.

The presenter then opens the rear door of the Gurkha and shows the all-red leather-wrapped interior. He shows that even the inside portion of the rear door has also been wrapped in the same wine-red color. After this, he climbs inside the car and takes a seat. The Force Gurkha, unlike the Thar three-door, comes with two full-sized captain’s chairs in the rear, and it is a lot roomier than the Thar. The ingress and egress are also very easy in the Force Gurkha.

After this, the vlogger adds that these rear seats also get two work tables in front of them, each with a 10 kg capacity. He adds that the owner of this car has also added ambient lighting and a starlight roofliner inside the car as well. He then moves to the front of the car and shows the dashboard layout. The Gurkha from the company comes equipped with a small touchscreen that has been updated by the owner, and it also comes with a manual air conditioning system. The owner has also changed the Force logo on the steering with the Mercedes logo.
