Toyota Kirloskar Motor launched the facelifted version of their popular premium sedan Toyota Camry in India recently. It has been a popular model from Toyota around the world and in the facelifted verison Toyota has made some cosmetic changes to make the car look fresh. The 2022 version of Toyota Camry is priced at Rs 41.7 lakh, ex-showroom in India. The bookings for Toyota Camry are already open and interested buyers can make the booking online or by visiting the nearest dealership. The car has already started reaching dealership and here we have a detailed walkaround video of the new Toyota Camry Hybrid.

The video has been uploaded by Team Car Delight on their YouTube channel. In this video, vlogger talks about the features that car offers on the outside and on the inside. The vlogger starts by talking about the Hybrid system on this sedan. Mechanically nothing has been changed in the Camry Hybrid. It continues to come with a 2.5 litre petrol engine that generates 178 Ps of maximum power. As this is Hybrid vehicle, it comes with a permanent magnet synchronous motor that is capable of producing 120 Ps. The generates a combined maximum power of 218 Ps. The engine is paired with an e-CVT gearbox with paddle shifters as standard.

The battery on this car recharges using the power from the petrol motor. The hybrid system works with the petrol engine all the time which helps in increasing the overall fuel efficiency of the car. The car is offered with three driving modes – Normal, Eco and Sport. Coming to the exterior, the Toyota Camry gets a new front bumper, projector type headlamps, LED DRLs and so on. The car definitely has a premium look to it. Coming to the side, the car gets 18 inch that are finished in dual tone. The design on the wheels however look very sporty.

As we move to the rear, the car gets revised LED tail lamps. The design remains the same but, the layout of the lights have been revised. Other than this, no major difference can be seen on the facelifted Camry Hybrid when compared to the pre-facelift version. Toyota offers Camry Hybrid in Platinum White Pearl, Silver Metallic, Graphite Metallic, Red Mica, Attitude Black and Burning Black shades. Toyota is also offering Camry Hybrid in Meta Stream Metallic which is a new shade.

Moving in, the Toyota Camry offers a very spacious cabin. Just like the exterior, the interior on this sedan looks extremely good and premium. Toyota has added a new 9-inch touchscreen infotainment screen that now supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It comes with 9 speaker system from JBL. The cabin gets a dual tone theme and it gets features like push-button start, multi-function steering wheel, cruise control, electrically adjustable seats, electrically adjustable steering wheel, reclinable rear seats, ventilated seats, three-zone climate control, 9 Airbags, Hill Start Assist, Electronic Parking Brake, Rear Parking Camera and parking sensors traction control, TPMS and many more features. Toyota is offering Camry Hybrid with a warranty of 8 years or 1.60 lakh kms on the battery.
