Tata Motors recently launched the updated Dark Editions of its highly popular flagship SUV duo the Harrier and Safari. The company has now started dispatching the models to the dealerships and a video of the 2023 Red Dark Edition Harrier has surfaced online. The model in the video is the one without the ADAS features but other than that the SUV gets all the features of the new 2023 update.
The video of the new Red Dark Edition has been shared on YouTube by Anubhav Chauhan on their channel. The video starts with the presenter explaining the new Red Dark Edition Harriers variants. He explains that the ADAS-equipped Red Dark Edition comes available in XZA+ (O) model which in Gurgaon Haryana costs Rs 28 lakh. The XZA+ variant that comes without ADAS costs Rs 1 lakh less than Rs 27 lakh. He then proceeds to tell that the model in front of him is the XZ+ Red Dark Edition which costs Rs 25.43 lakh.

Following the explanation, he then starts to show the new additions to the Red Dark Edition Harrier. He begins the walkaround at the front and shows the grille of the SUV which gets a small Red accent inserted in the grille on the right side and then shows the headlights and fog lamps of the SUV. He proceeds to tell that the SUV in this variant will come equipped with the 360 degree camera and shows the front camera. He also tells that the ADAS equipped variant will come with a radar and a sensor at the front. Overall the SUV from the front looks unchanged.
He then shows the side view mirrors of the SUV which also get the camera for 360 degree camera feature. There is also a #DARK badge finished in red color at the side fender flare as well. Following this he then shows the alloy wheels of the SUV which are finished in gunmetal grey color and now get red colored brake calipers. The presenter then moves to rear of the car and showcases the spare wheel, boot space and the shark fin antenna of the SUV.
Following this he then opens the door and shows the all-new interior of the Red Dark Edition Harrier. The new interior now comes equipped with Carnelian Red Leatherette seats with diamond style quilting, complimenting grab handles on doors and central console, #DARK logo on the headrest, Steel black front dashboard design and Piano black accents on steering wheel, console and doors.
The presenter then showcases the new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a new fully digital instrument cluster, and a six-way power adjustable driver seat with memory and welcome function. There are also other features such as a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, auto-dimming IRVM, all-wheel disc brakes, EPB, iRA connected car technology, six airbags, drive modes, terrain modes, cruise control, an air purifier, automatic climate control, and more than 200 voice commands in six languages. The YouTuber then tells that the engine of the Harrier now comes with BS6 emission norms and is RDE compliant as well.
