Maruti Suzuki launched the XL6 in 2019 and it has been selling quite well in the Indian market. The Ertiga is due for a facelift and the manufacturer is already working on it. So, the XL6 would also get the same updates as the new-gen Ertiga. According to the rumours, the facelift would come with a new alloy wheel design, which should enhance the appeal of the XL6. Maruti Suzuki would also offer a 7-seater version of the upcoming XL6 which would come with a bench seat in the middle row.
The interior of the upcoming XL6 is expected to get a bit more premium than the current one. So, there could be slightly updated upholstery, new dials and some new other bits and pieces. Currently, the XL6 is only offered with captain chairs. for the second row. So, it is a 6-seater MPV. The exterior could also get revised styling, tweaked front and rear bumpers.
Maruti Suzuki will also be updating the alloy wheel design of the XL6. This is a good thing because many people criticized the XL6 because the 15-inch alloy wheel’s design was a bit basic and looked a bit small in the wheel well. We still dno know if the manufacturer will be using a larger wheel size or not.
