TVS Apache RTR 160

Folks on a tight budget

TVS Apache RTR 160 is the cheapest Apache model available in the market. It is priced at Rs. 78,018 (ex-showroom). The bike gets a 159.7-cc 2-valve engine, which produces around 14.8 Bhp of peak power and 13.03 Nm of peak torque. The bike is powerful enough to keep the competition – read the Bajaj Pulsars and Yamaha FZ16s – at bay. The bike is offered with single-disc and dual-disc options, and comes in vivid colour shades.

TVS Apache RTR 160 4V

Want sharp styling and new features but have a tight budget

Price: Rs. 81,490, ex-showroom, Delhi

TVS Apache RTR 160 4V is the latest offering from the manufacturer priced at Rs. 81,490 (ex-showroom). The bike gets a 159.7-cc 4-valve engine, which produces a little more power – 15 Bhp and 14.8 Nm. The Apache RTR 160 4V gets a design language inspired by the RTR 200 4V. The bike gets sharp body design with bright colour shades. The Apache RTR 160 4V also gets single-disc and dual-disc options to choose from.

TVS Apache RTR 180

People who want more power at an attractive price tag

Price: Rs. 81,968, ex-showroom, Delhi

The Apache RTR 180 still sells in its old shape in the market, and is priced at around Rs. 81,968 (ex-showroom). Apache RTR 180 might look old in design but is not short of power. The bike is powered by a 177 cc liquid cooled engine which provides a peak power of 16.5 Bhp and 15.5 Nm of peak torque. The bike offers more power and torque for a price a bit higher than RTR 160 4V.

High-performance bike with a safety net

TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS looks similar to the non-ABS variant but is priced a bit higher at Rs. 90,204 (ex-showroom). The Apache RTR 180 ABS was one of the first bikes to offer dual-channel ABS on an entry-level performance bike. The bike is powered by the same 177-cc liquid-cooled engine as its non-ABS sibling, and with the same outputs. The RTR 180 ABS is one of the best bikes in its segment in terms of braking and performance.

TVS Apache RTR 200 4V

People looking for a bike for aggressive riding

TVS Apache RTR 200 4V was one of the flagship bikes from the manufacturer, and was launched at the price of Rs 93,658 (ex-showroom). The aggressive and sharp-looking bike comes with LED DRLs. The Apache RTR 200 4V is powered by a 197.3-cc, single-cylinder engine that generates a peak  power of 20.3 Bhp and 18.1 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox with an Anti-Reverse Slipper Clutch assembly.

People who want a smoother engine

TVS Apache RTR 200 4V FI looks similar to its carburetor sibling and is priced at Rs. 1,06,385 (ex-showroom). The bike gets an advanced fuel-injection system that offers more refined power delivery. RTR 200 4V FI draws power from a 197.3-cc, single-cylinder engine that generates output of 20.3 Bhp and 18.1 Nm of peak torque, similar to the non-FI variant. The bike also gets an instrument cluster with features, such as a lap timer and an acceleration timer, similar to that on the RTR 200 4V.

Apache RTR 200 4V ABS is offered by the manufacturer at a price of Rs. 1,07,485 (ex-showroom). The bike gets dual-channel ABS as standard and is only available with the carburetted version. The RTR 200 4V ABS looks similar to other two RTR 200 4V variants and offers a sharp look combined with bright colour options. The bike is powered by the similar 197.3 cc engine which powers the other two, 200 4V variants.

TVS Apache RR 310

An advanced bike that’s a combination of a highway tourer & track tool

The Apache RR 310 is the most powerful bike offered by the manufacturer, and is priced at Rs. 2,15,000 (ex-showroom). The RR 310 is based on the platform of BMW 310 R and is the most advanced TVS bike in India. The bike is powered by a 310-cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces a maximum power of 34 Bhp and 27.3 Nm of peak torque. It gets a 6-speed transmission. The bike gets an instrument cluster, which display vital information from a lap timer, acceleration timer, and other such features. Apache RR 310 is the perfect combination of a track bike and a daily commuter ride.
