The new XUV500 will be the new flagship from Mahindra as there are rumours that they might be discontinuing the Alturas G4. This is because the Alturas G4 is a CKD or a Completely Knocked Down unit that is imported from South Korea. Mahindra currently has components to produce 500 units of Alturas G4. Once, the Alturas G4 is discontinued the most expensive and the most loaded vehicle that will be in Mahindra’s line-up will be the XUV500 that is supposed to launch in mid-2021.
