The luxury security cars of the Ambani family started with the BMW X5 SUVs and evolved to Land Rover Discovery, Land Rover Range Rovers and now the Mercedes-AMG G63 SUVs. The present-day Ambani security cover is the most expensive one and the cars cost over Rs 30 crore! An onlooker previously shared videos of Ambani’s convoy. The convoys always consist of luxurious, high-end SUVs. The latest video captures Ambani’s convoy comprising seven Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG SUVs, each with a steep price tag of over Rs. 3 crores. Consequently, the total cost of the convoy amounts to over Rs. 21 crores.

There are also three Land Rover Range Rover Vogue SUVs. Each SUV costs Rs 2.5 crore, which means that the cost of the Rangies is around Rs 7.5 crore. In total, the convoy costs around Rs 30 crore! That’s a huge amount.

Mercedes-AMG G63

In 2021, the latest version of the Mercedes-AMG G63 was introduced in the Indian market, swiftly becoming the coveted car among automobile enthusiasts. With an ex-showroom price of Rs. 2.2 crores, the on-road cost of the car is nearly Rs. 3 crores. The car boasts a full-LED setup, with the turn indicators remaining on the hood. Additionally, the vehicle boasts a tailgate-mounted spare wheel and runs on massive 21-inch seven-spoke alloy wheels. The car is powered by an advanced 4.0-liter bi-turbocharged V8 petrol engine, producing a massive 585 Bhp and 850 Nm of torque. It features a 9-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT that can propel the car from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds. While the car’s top speed is electronically restricted to 220 km/h, an add-on limiter can increase it by 20 km/h.

Land Rover Range Rover Vogue

The Land Rover Range Rover Vogue used to be the most expensive vehicle in Ambani’s security detail before the G63 AMGs, and there are quite a few of them. While the Ambani convoy already had a few unmarked Range Rovers, it seems they are now converting these cars with strobe lights and police stickers to appear more authoritative on public roads. This particular car is parked outside the Antila. Although the exact version and specifications of this Range Rover are unknown, a new one typically costs between Rs. 2 crore and Rs. 3.5 crore.

Given Ambani’s influence and the potential risks he and his family face, it’s not surprising that he chooses to travel in bulletproof cars. Last year, he acquired a new Mercedes-Benz S600 Guard, and he also has a BMW 7-series H Security. Alongside these security-focused vehicles, Ambani’s garage is filled with an array of luxurious cars, including the Bentley Bentayga, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Mercedes-AMG G63, Bentley Mulsanne, Land Rover Range Rover, Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe, Porsche Cayenne, BMW i8, and many others.
