Amitabh Bachchan’s just SOLD his Rolls Royce Phantom: Details!

Amitabh Bachchan, who has one of the best garages in Bollywood recently sold off his Rolls Royce Phantom. The luxury sedan was sold to Umrah Developers, Bangalore, which already owns a range of exotic vehicles in Mysore. The Rolls Royce Phantom owned by Mr Bachchan has already arrived in the new residence.

The Rolls Royce Phantom owned by superstar Amitabh Bachchan was one of the most expensive vehicles in the Bollywood. He received it as a gift from the movie director Vidhu Vinod Chopra after the success of the movie Eklavya. Amitabh got the vehicle in 2007 after his stellar performance in the movie. In those days, the base price of the Rolls Royce Phantom was Rs. 3.5 crores.

The Rolls Royce Phantom owned by Senior Bachchan is not from the latest generation. It is the previous generation but is as luxurious as it can get. The Rolls Royce Phantom is the most luxurious Rolls Royce sedan. It gets powered by a 6.75-litre V12 petrol engine that generates a maximum power of 460 Bhp and a peak torque of 720 Nm. The exact price of the used Rolls Royce sedan is not known.

The Rolls Royce Phantom offers an exquisite range of features including rear entertainment system, starlit ceiling and use of most cautiously chosen materials inside the cabin. The Rolls Royce Phantom also gets one of the most silent cabins in the world.

Even though the Rolls Royce Phantom is an extremely luxurious vehicle and is mostly used by chauffeur-driven owners, Mr Bachchan has been spotted driving around in the vehicle by himself most of the time. He prefers driving the Phantom and used the luxury sedan the most for his daily commutes. He has also been spotted with his family in the vehicle moving around in the Phantom quite a lot. In fact, Amitabh has never been spotted with a driver in the Rolls Royce Phantom. He loves to drive and the passion is evident in the choice of wheels in his garage.

Now that the all-new Eighth-generation Rolls Royce has been launched in the Indian market, we can expect Mr Bachchan to upgrade to the new vehicle very soon. However, there is no such news about any new Rolls Royce getting delivered to the superstar anytime soon. We will bring you the updates when we get to know it.

Apart from the Rolls Royce, the family garage of the Amitabh Bachchan is very expansive. It gets a Bentley Continental GT, Toyota Land Cruiser LC200, Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography, Audi A8L, Mercedes-Maybach S500, Mercedes-Benz S350, Porsche Cayman, Toyota Camry and a Mini Cooper. Amitabh Bachchan recently bought a Lexus LX 570 SUV to his garage. The aggressive-looking Lexus SUV is currently the most expensive car in his garage and it costs Rs. 2.32 crore.
