To mark the occasion of 10 years of operations in India, Audi has launched two limited edition models of the Q7 and the A6. The limited number vehicles get a number of new additions and carry a slightly higher price than regular models. The Q7 Design Edition is priced at Rs. 81.99 lakh while the A6 Design Edition is priced at Rs. 56.78 lakh, ex-showroom, India. Both the vehicles are available till the stocks last.
Audi Q7 Design Edition
The Design Edition is based on the top-end trim of the vehicle. Apart from the regular features, the Design Edition gets a new smartphone interface, 20-inch cast aluminium alloy wheels with 5-spoke star design. The car also gets smoked tail lamps and door puddle projection with Audi logo for both the front and rear doors.The Design Edition also adds a running board while the exhaust tips are finished in gloss black, giving an exquisite appeal to the vehicle.
Apart from the additions, the car continues to get the Audi Matrix LED headlamps with dynamic indicators, exterior mirror housing in body colour, panoramic sunroof and high gloss package. The engine, however, stays the same. It is propelled by a 3.0-litre diesel engine that produces a maximum of 245 Bhp and 600 Nm of peak torque. The Audi Q7 has a top speed of 234 km/h and can do 0-100 km/h sprint in 7.1 seconds.
Audi A6 Design Edition
The luxury sedan gets many additions like Audi smartphone interface, rear seat entertainment package, door puddle projection lamps for both front and rear doors and 19-inch cast aluminium alloy wheels in 5-semi-v-spoke design.
The A6 also offers Matrix LED headlamps, light and rain sensor, S-line package, glass sunroof, dark walnut inlays, adaptive air suspension and much more. The sedan is still powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that produces a maximum power of 187 Bhp and peak torque of 400 Nm.
