Bentley is indeed one of the most luxurious automakers in the world and is known for producing some of the most expensive cars. Currently, the most expensive luxury car in India is also a Bentley. Recently, the Bentley Mulsanne EWB Centenary Edition, which costs a whopping Rs 14 crore, was spotted in Bangalore. This special limited edition Mulsanne belongs to V.S. Reddy, who is the managing director of one of the largest medical nutrition manufacturing companies in India – British Biologicals.

The recent pictures of the car have been shared on Instagram via a popular car spotting page, Car Crazy India. From the pictures, we can see that the car is parked elegantly in front of the building’s main gate. The Bentley Mulsanne, for those who are not aware, was the flagship sedan offered by the British automaker, however, it has now been discontinued. When it was on sale in India, the standard model was priced at around Rs 6 crores. However, this special edition model owned by V.S. Reddy is one of the most unique and expensive models ever sold by Bentley.

As mentioned, it is called the Bentley Mulsanne EWB Centenary Edition, and it was produced by the British automaker Bentley to celebrate its 100th anniversary. The EWB stands for Extended Wheelbase, which means it has a longer wheelbase than the standard Mulsanne, providing more space and comfort for passengers in the rear seats. The Centenary Edition was a limited edition model, with only 100 units produced worldwide, making it a rare and exclusive vehicle. It was available in three unique exterior colors: Centenary Gold, Centenary Black, and Centenary White.

The Centenary Edition also featured special centenary badging on the exterior, including a unique grille badge, wheel center caps, and treadplates. The interior is equally luxurious, with unique embroidery and piping on the seats, as well as special veneers and centenary badges throughout the cabin. The Bentley Mulsanne EWB was created to provide the highest level of luxury and comfort to passengers in the rear seats. The power-reclining rear seats on this luxurious car were completed with diamond quilting stitching in rare hide leather.

In addition, the seats were heated, chilled, and vented to provide users with the utmost comfort. The car also included a beautiful picnic table inside the center console at the back. The EBW model included a rear center console where passengers could control the seats and access the glass cabinet situated in the middle of the back seats. To provide the utmost seclusion, it also had curtains on the side and back windows. Additionally, the vehicle included lambswool-finished floor mats.

This opulent car was propelled by the renowned 6.75-liter V8 engine, which is capable of producing 506 horsepower and 1020 Nm of torque. It came with an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission, and acceleration from 0-100 km/h happened in just 5.5 seconds. It could reach a top speed of 296 km/h.
