This year India witnessed one of the biggest slowdown in the history of automotive industry. But this did not stop them from launching new models in the market. Most of the manufacturers either came up with a facelift or an entirely new model. Now these models are also getting big discounts. The offer on those newly launched models are as given below.
Maruti Wagon R New Gen (21st Jan)
This was the first launch of the year. Maruti Suzuki came up with an entirely new WagonR to compete with the Hyundai Santro which made a reentry in the market. Maruti WagonR is currently attracting a maximum discount of up to Rs 25,000. It includes an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 and a corporate discount of Rs 5,000.
Nissan Kicks (22 Jan)
Next car launch this year was the Nissan Kicks SUV. Compared to the Kicks sold abroad Indian Kicks is an entirely new and big vehicle. it competes with the likes of Hyundai Creta, Renault Captur in the segment. Nissan is offering kicks with zero down payment, insurance, road tax, 5 year warranty and 5 year maintenance all at an EMI of Rs 18, 440 per month.
Tata Harrier (23 Jan)
One of the most awaited models from Tata motors this year was the Harrier SUV. It is based on Land Rover D8 platform and is based on the H5X concept displayed in the 2018 Auto Expo. Tata Motors is currently offering a maximum cash discount of Rs 50,000 and a corporate discount of Rs 15,000.
Mahindra XUV300 (14 Feb)
Mahidnra XUV300 was the most feature loaded compact SUV in the segment till Hyundai launched their Venue. Mahidnra XUV300 is based on Ssangyong Tivoli which is sold in international market. Mahindra is offering XUV300 with 5 year warranty, exchange bonus up to Rs 15000, accessories worth Rs 3640 and a corporate discount worth Rs 4,500.
Ford Endeavour (22 Feb)
Ford also launched their Endeavour SUV with some minor changes this year. Ford even introduced a manual transmission to it. Endeavour is currently attracting a maximum discount of Rs 2.25 lakh for the manual version and a maximum of Rs 50,000 for the automatic versions. (dealership level offers)
Honda Civic (7 March)
Honda launched the all-new Honda Civic in India after years. This is the tenth-generation of the premium sedan. What made the re-entry of Civic special was the introduction of diesel engine which was otherwise missing. Honda is offering a maximum discount of Rs 2 lakh for petrol and Rs 2.5 lakh for the diesel variants.
Toyota Glanza (6 June)
Toyoa Glanza is the first product from Maruti-Toyota partnership. Glanza is basically rebadged version of the Baleno premium hatchback. Toyota currently offers a maximum benefit of Rs 35,000 which includes Rs 20,000 cash discount and exchange bonus up to rs 15,000. Toyota is also offering 3 year warranty as standard.
