Deceased Biker Buried With Beloved Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 [Video]

A family in Gujarat's Anand district gave their deceased son the burial he always dreamt of. 18-year-old Krish Parmar recently died in a road accident. He was buried along with his motorcycle, which seems to be a Royal Enfield Interceptor. Pictures of the burial have now surfaced online.
These show the body of the deceased being buried along with his belongings. The Interceptor was buried with him. In the pictures, we see that no repairs have done to it, and the bike is in the same shape that the accident had put it in. The impact seems to have damaged its handlebar, front wheel and a few other areas. Dents can be seen on the fuel tank as well. The motorcycle has a Black colourway.
His clothes, shoes and other belongings were also placed along with the motorcycle. The family says that it was for the peace of his son's soul that they did this.
Krish Parmar was a resident of the Christian colony of Uttarsanda village in Nadiad. He was riding back home when he got involved in a high-speed crash with a tractor-trolley. He rear-ended it, and the impact turned out to be fatal.
Parmar suffered severe injuries in the crash and was soon taken to a well-known multi-speciality hospital located on Anand-Lambvel Road. He underwent treatment for around twelve days. The boy had suffered serious injuries to his head and body and eventually succumbed.
Sanjay Suleman Parmar, father of the deceased, said that the motorcycle meant everything to his son. He was very attached to it and always preferred it over the car whenever he had to go out. Krish used to often say that he would like to keep the bike even in death. It is this wish that the family has now fulfilled.
Krish Parmar had recently cleared his class 12 exams and was planning to study BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications). On May 26, he went to a college in Anand to get his admission sorted. The accident occurred while he was returning home after completing the formalities, at around 8 pm.
Reports say that Parmar was riding the Interceptor at high speeds when it crashed into the tractor-trolley. The Interceptor has a 648cc, air/oil-cooled, parallel-twin engine which produces 47 bhp at 7,150 rpm and a peak torque of 52 Nm at 5,250 rpm. Many owners tend to do high speeds on it.
The Interceptor's consumer base has a lot of youngsters. Many young boys tend to ride it aggressively. Accidents such as these are strong reminders that a proper riding culture needs to develop among youngsters.
Owning the Interceptor at the age of 18 essentially means that it was the boy's first motorcycle. It is generally not advisable to have a 650cc motorcycle as the first bike. People need to hone their motorcycling skills on small-capacity motorcycles before upgrading to 650cc bikes.
The images and video have gathered plenty of comments and opinions from netizens. Many appreciated the deceased biker's love for his motorcycle. "A thousand years from now archeologist will be baffled when they dig up this place and find respected remains of both together. Imagine the stories that will be made.... IF mankind exists till then" commented a user. An X user (formerly Twitter) said "First dismantle the bike before burying it, or else people will dig it out and steal it".
